Love this brand

Loved my items I bought for my mum for her birthday

Love every single peace of clothing I have bright and always want more.
Quality is amazing.
Always delivered on time.

I have ordered from them several times, and every time, I am impressed by the quality of their clothes. The t-shirts are thick, heavy material, which feels robust, it is not cheap, flimsy material. I have worn and washed them multiple times and they wash brilliantly. I don't think I've had one bad experience.

I have shopped with the Blakely brand for many years and people always comment on the quality, style, and fit of their clothing.

I’ve become somewhat obsessed with blakely clothing buying multiple sets over the last year..

I’ve become besotted with Blakely sets! I bought one to wear during pregnancy and postpartum (because the sizing is so good!) this led to my mum also wanting one and it has snowballed from here!

My birthday was yesterday and I recieved a new Blakely set and it was only right that I went online to buy the matching shorts (and another set)

I love the idea of the loyalty programme and feels like you genuinely are rewarded for buying from the company.

I do wish that they did UNiDAYS / Blue Light discount as a mum on Mat Leave it would really help!

Excellent products at a good price for the quality. Definitely would recommend

I love love love this brand! I’ve got 3 hoodies and bought a pair of matching shorts.

The fit is perfect and the material is super comfy. My fave hoodies for sure!

Absolutely love every item I’ve purchased from Blakely. All items are super soft sizing is excellent. Received one defective item but they exexchanged it no problem and it was easy to do online. 5*

As much as I like the clothing their refund policy is absolute baloney!!!

Twice i’ve tried to use a voucher with additional items purchased above the value (over £150 more) but when making returns they refund the voucher FIRST not your bank account.

So i’m now stuck again with an £81 voucher & forced to buy again.

The goods i kept were more than this value. The fair approach would be to credit my bank first if this value was more than the voucher value.

Disgusted, AGAIN 🤬

And no sign of the credit voucher either so i’ll now have another fight with their online customer (lack of) service trying to get what’s rightfully mine.
