I saw them on FB saying they were closing down and selling stock off at half price. I ordered a coat at $87 supposedly coming UPS in the USA. I got a tracking code and when I checked the coat was in China. Customer service denied it was in China. When it finally arrived USPS yesterday it was 2 sizes too small. It was Asian XL which is Medium to large in US size. I have requested by email a return label. The quality is pretty poor too and I found the same coat on AliExpress for $56.
Low quality, disposable "fashion?"
Low quality, poorly made, disposable clothing. Drawstrings that break within a few uses. SO flipping FRUSTRATING!!!! Never again with this garbage.
SCAM!
They are a total and complete mainland China Scam! Your shipments will come from Hong Kong but products are cheaply made and do not fit any human feet. Material used is very cheap quality and looks like they are made for porcelain toy dolls to wear, not human feet. Do not buy ANYTHING from this Chinese website! After receiving my shoes, I contacted their customer service via email and they said that they would refund me 50% of cost instead of shipping all the way back to China and then they ghosted me and never refunded anything!
My First and Last order from Blair.com
I ordered 2 pair of "POPLIN" pedal pushers. They were not cotton and wearable in the summer. They were polyester! I didn't even try them on--just put them in the donation bag. Also a pair of navy pants are a very weird color of navy--oh well, won't be ordering from them ever again.

Today I tried to place an order only to discover it is no longer accepting orders in any form. I'm a little heartbroken. I'm hoping that the online store, with the same clothing items, continues to operate.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They DO NOT accept returns or exchanges! I received a pair of white pants which had gray spots all over them, in other words, damaged. They will not accept them for refund or exchange. The company must be going out of business.
I think they have stopped caring....
Absolutely do not think they are attempting to fix their website, I haven't been able to order all day. I realize they are having financial problems and may be going out of business but how are they going to sell their stock if the website is not working and there is absolutely no customer support.
1 month for delivery??? Ridiculous
I am updating my review from 1 star to 3. I am still upset that it took close to a month to deliver—but I FINALLY received my order today 7/16 (Fed Ex delivered -not the Post Office -thank goodness) all items were very nicely packaged-and I am happy with all I received.

I mentioned to a friend that I had just ordered from Blair -and she informed me that she had placed an order 3 wks before and was still waiting! She finally rec’d it 1mth after she placed the order. In the meantime, my order was placed 6/20 and I finally rec’d notice I would have it today 7/15 but it is still in transit—and it shipped Fed Ex Smartpost (worst service out there) which means it will be given to the Post Office to deliver so that will be another delay. My sister ordered same day as me (30 minutes before) -rec’d notice 7/11 that a packing list had been printed. Was not picked up til today 7/15 -was originally due to deliver 7/17 -just got notice that has changed to Sat 7/19. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS COMPANY? I don’t care how great your sales are-learn how to treat your customers. Maybe they are going out of business? If not they probably will shortly if they continue to deliver a month after order is placed!!!!
Long time customer, now a sad customer
I have loved Blair for their quality and efficiency as well as their great customer service representatives. I was in shock that I had ordered 10 pair of men's shorts in early June and had nothing back from them. I called the phone number and a message said they no longer take orders over the phone. I had previously received notice that the rebate program was cancelled. I did get a chance to leave a message and suddenly I received notice that my order was being sent. It arrived today. Sad day to lose a company that actually had great things for sale. I hope they can pull themselves out of bankruptcy.

Of If I could give Blair no stats, I would! I ordered two pairs of shoes on May 30, 2025 and they didn’t arrive until July 9th! Very poor customer service when I called…only an automated recording about how busy they are.
I wore one pair of shoes for the first time and they will go to Goodwill. They wouldn’t stay on my feet and as a result, I managed to fall when they slipped off my feet.
Long-term Happy Customer
I have been shopping from Blair for years with no problems. They are somewhat slow in shipping sometimes. They can run out of sizes sometimes. I like the clothes so a little inconvenience is worth it. Appleseed's clothing is better but pricier. I have no complaints about Blair and give 5 stars.
A company that is not truthful
I ordered two pairs of slacks on June 7. They were delivered on July 8, a super long time for delivery. Items did not resemble Blair's pictures. Size was greatly different from other clothes manufacturers. On the day I ordered there was no mention of "FINAL SALE." When I searched for "returns" today (July 8) and called customer service, it was noted that anything purchased after June 2, was suddenly "final sale." A delayed notice of "final sale"cheats the customer. Based on slow delivery, a month, incorrect pictures of the slacks, poor sizing, and bad communication of Final Sale, I will not buy anything in the future from Blair. I hope you do not order from them because you may fall into one of their questionable practices.
Bad Experience
I ordered approximately $100.00 worth of clothing for my 98 year old mother on June 11th. She is entering a care center on July 28th so I assumed, naively, that we would receive the items in plenty of time. I have ordered from Blair before and it has taken up to 2 weeks, so I was aware that shipping is slower than other sites. However, when 2 weeks passed and I had not received the order, I contacted customer service. They stated they had been overwhelmed with orders due to an 85% off sale that was ongoing. I called back again yesterday, July 3rd, only be read the same script. I stopped the rep and stated I had already heard this script and was very unhappy with the service I was receiving. She started offering to cancel the order after stating it would be shipping out, that right now the company was "working on" orders they had received the first week of June. I requested to speak to a supervisor, who read the same script. I have been a customer of Blair for many years. I relayed this to the supervisor who seemed to not care that they were losing a customer. They all are robotic, in a foreign company and dont seem to care about customer loyalty. I ended up canceling my order, and my relationship with Blair. Too bad. I liked their clothing for my mom. I will just start to look elsewhere.
Supposed delays with NO foreseeable…shipping info
Supposed delays with NO foreseeable shipping date in sight! Amazing... do we wait blindly ?? Its already been 13 days not including weekends. Because no shipping information has been provided at all or expectancy, I cancelled the order today. 7-2-2025. If Blair decides to ship the "cancelled order".. then they are giving it away, because I am instructing the CC company with a copy of the emails previously sent and the current cancel notification I sent today to NOT pay this vender. I am canceling before it shipped! No one expects to wait blindly without any informative shipping and delivery information.
Wow - terrible experience
Wow! This company no longer accepts returns or refunds after waiting a month for the product. The product was made out of thin and cheap t-shirt material. This company is dead!
False description
I ordered 2 shirts and 2 sets of 2 undershorts. It took a full month for the order to arrive. The shirts were fine; the undershorts were not the brand (Haband) I ordered, and the size was slightly smaller than what received in the past. Blair refused to refund my money nor make any attempt to address the problem. Their representative kept insisting that the different manufacturer (HealthRite) in a different country was giving me the identical product as I received in the past from a different manufacturer in a different country. I will never purchase another product from Blair.

Nice product but it took 23 days from when I ordered it, for the order to be delivered. Customer service is as pitiful as the shipping/delivery service. When I ordered it, delivery time was listed as 2 weeks.
Disappointing experience
Order took 17 days to process and another 10 to ship. No tracking available. I reordered 2 of the items in a different size. I was charged 9.99 to return and, 2 weeks later, receive a communication from PayPal that I am getting a refund minus the 9.99 return fee. No mention of the reorder.
Never again.
