I have used Nicole and Luke now for some time and I can not fault their service. Very helpful. We had problems in finding a freight forwarder that can support us in Europe for what we needed. Very good and friendly service and fast.

I was hounded and cold called for months by Blaiklock before I finally gave them a chance to handle one of my international shipments. When it finally arrived it was damaged and product missing. After numerous emails over a few months nothing has been done and they are washing their hands of any wrong doing even though they handled the shipment thought the whole process. Shocking experience and customer service. Not how to retain new customers.

We have just used Blaiklock for the first time for a shipment from a factory in the Czech Republic We changed shipper after experiencing lots of damage with DB Schenker who we had used for many years but had a lot of recent issues with.
Scarlett was really helpful and quick at providing a competitive quote, I was a little concerned after initially placing the order with Blaiklock as the next booking agent was a little over-zealous about the exact dimensions of everything, which is a little difficult when we are not the shipper, and it was not something that was too much of a concern with previous shipper, however he was just doing his job and ensuing everything was in order and correct.
The service from Blaiklock was refreshingly good and they kelp me well informed at each stage of the shipment and most importantly the goods arrived On-Time and in perfect condition.
I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them again. Well done Scarlett
