One word: theft!
Ordered on April 5, indicated 5 to 10 days for delivery. Emails sent, no reply. I only managed to get them on the phone once at the end of April, the guy promise that I would receive my order the following week. Nothing! Since then, it's been impossible to get them on the phone, I have sent an e-mail with my bank details to ask for a refund: Obviously, no reply! This shop needs to be reported to the Registre du Commerce. It's going to happen, given the number of complaints.

Scam organization… no communication, no answering by email neither in live chat, no delivery of the product, no refund… be aware of this fraud music store. Just lost money and nerves…

It took almost 4 months before I received the sheet music I ordered, long after the choir rehearsals had started. I wasn't informed about the long delivery, and they never reponded to my reminders.

I ordered the vocal score of Turandot, stating in the chat that I want the Italian only version. I was sent a wrong version (English/Italian). After writing several emails with no answer, I wrote to the chat again. I was given the shortest possible answer that the right version was sent. After referring to our previous chat where I clearly stated I want the Italian version, I was given an answer that they will send it to me. Several weeks later I am still waiting… I absolutely don’t recommend this website, and I will certainly never order from them, again.
