This VPN the the best VPN i had so far. Good, fast and stable connections, The program UI is easy to use. And the TV VPN is also very good, if you want to watch TV show in the USA or the UK.

5/5 stars for me and i can recommend the VPN service.

Signed up with Black VPN about 2 weeks ago and loving it. One thing I can say about it is that it's very reliable. I rarely get disconnected once I connect which is nice. Speeds also are very consistent. I give their service 4 stars.

I think it was number 4th the moment I looked for it. Anyway, I wanted a VPN that has many possible countries and it is able to have access to TV programs that are only available in their own borders. BlackVPN covers that and also it is easy to install. I have it in 2 computers: Mac and PC, and also in my mobie phone. It works really fast and it is really easy to change between ports. The only thing I would suggest to the company is to be careful when someone like me start the subscription but after goes to the mobile to download the app and the first time you have in the screen is the trial period and no other options. In my case, I pressed that and after the period was finished I had to ask for help to know which one was the right username and password. Otherwise I was confused with the one from the trial and the one I have paid for. Also, if you can make a more affordable price, that would be great too :). Anyway, great company, great support, easy to instal, easy to use, fast connectivity and it feels really safe!

I've not had any problems since I've started the service. It's been about three months. It's a little slow with some free wifi networks, but that is to be expected since free wifi is slower as is. But yeah, I'm renewing my membership. I use it at home, and on all my computers.

I've used some free vpns in the past and was always weary of the locales the businesses operated from among other things. For those reasons I've wanted to test an actual paid vpn for awhile now. After doing some extensive searching, this one was the best suited for me, plus I side with BlackVPN's own ideals as a company. I've been a user for 1 month and used the service regularly. Bandwidth throughput was great, no data cap, didn't run into any disconnect issues and only had one hiccup where I couldn't connect to Canada for a day (however, I was still able to connect to the other servers in the package).

1 Month user here. Works like a charm. Tutorials are great and abundant. Only the IPv6 Setup took me a bit more time. Would be great if this would be easier.

Black Vpn is very easy to setup and use. The service is very secure and does not give your information to ads. No throttling of bandwidth is apparent. Occasionally there are connection problems with the USA vpn and you have to reconnect several times, for example while watching netflix. All in all good value.

I was a bit skeptical of Black VPN at first, but I decided to give it a try. It's a bit pricey at £5/month, but the connections are reliable and fast, and the privacy is top notch. Black VPN servers don't keep logs, which is a huge privacy advantage.

In February 2010, I wanted to access BBCiPlayerwith my Freesat receiver from France where I live, so I neeeded a VPN. Very soon I selected BlackVPN whose technical support was the most complete and efficient to easily install it on my PC. Their "Global Package" was really attractive with - already - many servers in various countries at a reasonable price.

Since that time, I have never been disappointed with BlackVPN,. I was happily surprised and satisfied instead, with more and more servers in new countries and a bandwith increase that enables me to watch BBCiPlayer and ITV Hub in their HD option. And the price remains very attractive.

Furthermore, I could also easily install BlackVPN, first on my former iPhone and now on my new Android smartphone to watch BBC and ITV channels (or others countries' TVs) live outside of my home. The Technical Support kindly gave me all instructions in that view and I am really very satisfied of that company's quality of products, services, prices, support and constant improvements.

Blackvpn is great. A friend recommended I try them after trying a few others, and for me Blackvpn is fast and reliable. I have no issues using this service :)

I have an Open VPN server on Amazon AWS but not a UK IP. I also have a UK VPN running locally on my IMAC server.

I could not use either when in the USA recently to connect to the BBC. My amazon VPN is based in Ireland and the BBC UK blocked my personal IMAC UK VPN access. So I tried Black VPN. It worked first time and performance was excellent.

I have since sought advice on IP leakage and have had personal chat support to explain and test my different servers and Browsers. What more can anybody ask for. Good operational performance and somebody on hand to answer technical questions.

I no longer have reason to manage and support my own services.

What more would anybody need?

I've been using BlackVPN for a few years now, and find them a very useful service, being able to use it to circumvent watching TV online for shows which are only available in certain countries, or websites which are restricted by others. The range of different servers to use is great, although I do sometimes have problems connecting to some of them, and I would say that the bandwidth offered by some of the servers can be patchy, although I do have a restricted bandwidth at home, so this may affect it at times. Overall though, very happy, and always recommend them whenever a friend asks for advice on VPNs.

I got Black VPN last month and overall its been a good experience. I got it mainly to watch HULU and from time to time I do get issues where I cannot watch HULU due to the terrible lag and buffering. I am not sure if the issue is BLACK VPN or my internet service. I will say that the majority of the time I have little trouble connecting. The one issue I do have is the limitation on Netflix. I haven't used the service that often, but I have tried to connect to a UK server and watch Netflix, but it did not give me the UK Netflix options. Again this could have been a user error as I have only started using the system. Overall very satisfied with the service and plan to continue to use it

I've been using BlackVPN for many years now because it just works. It's easy to configure, reliable to use and very fast. I use it on my iPads to stream TV while traveling and it's a lifesaver. I've had little interaction with the company because I have not needed to - because as I said, it just works. The few interactions I have had have always been quick, pleasant, and completely to my satisfaction. Recommended with our reservation.
