I've had a few Blackview phones over the years and the fact that i keep coming back to them says a lot! they're not always the cheapest on the market, but they are the best value for what you're actually getting, dependant on the model (as we have different ones for different members in the family) you get decent cameras, processors and screens as well as a battery life that usually far exceeds the big brands on the market, so they get top scores from me

Had three phones and just received a pm2400 portable power unit.Lots of reviews here on cheaper phones etc..
Had bvf6000pro very good, five years till small faults, I bought b6000 ,happy with it for 200, others I bought for other people bv9000pro f I think, no trouble, with new power bank only testing now, build seems very good, speakers built in are a bit poor but would still help for a film or general easy listening. Will report back@6months re power unit itself.
One negative I notice another retailer is offering same items cheaper than blackviews own site, I feel that's bad form.

The carrier phone number is incorrectly provided by blackview.hk
Also blackvirw.hk will get back to me within 72hours after Chinese new year which goes for a whole week.
I paid express via DHL/FEDEX service.
Tracking number is no longer valid. And only errors show up.
I think this site is a fraud and I will be listing them on scamwatch.com

I've bought a blackview 8900 and it's amazing. Way better than samsung or iphone.

I got the new phone from them but it didn't work from the box. After several email exchanges they confirmed that it defective and I have to send it back at my own expense. From the EU to Hong Kong? Really? No final quality control and shipping cost (plus customs) on a customer. 250 EUR is "well" invested into Chinese economy.

Absolutely terrible customer service I bought a phone for €145.00,and never received it, never got refund never even seen the phone, problem with customs,not my fault, giving me the runaround, I've given all the information needed rang them etc, and still nothing five weeks later.awful

My phone had issues when it was six months old and still under warranty, they were difficult to get a reply from after three emails they finally answered, they then offered if I send the phone back they would give me 70% of the price back, I asked for a replacement phone and they offered me 80% if I send it back and that there will be a wait time before receiving my payment. I would not recommend buying from this company as they are difficult to communicate with and do not honor the warranty, it ends up costing you time and money better off spending more to start with and buy a reliable phone from a reliable company that will honor the warranty.

I've had 2 blackview phones and for the money they are brilliant. My second one has virtually everything you get on a phone costing 10 times the money. Infact a young friend thought it was an i phone 13! I wouldn't know. Mine has 3 lenses plus zoom it does all the tricks I need it to do, the internet is fast with no problems at all. If you don't want to spend £1000 on a phone this is a perfect alternative.

This is the worst phone I have owned in 40 years of using mobile Phones. Google hlis do intrusive it won't let you think for yourself. It would be a great phone if they would dump and block Google. The phone dosent have a contacts memory. All has to go through Google. CRAP.

Worst tablet ever. Charge all night, unplug. Flat before you can use it. An absolute piece of rubbish. Threw it in the bin

Don't buy blackview phones they come broken then you send it back and don't hear anymore. Phones are cheap junk

Disappointed in the Customer Service/Support. I have bought a BL9000 phone, arrived in 3weeks from China. First of all this is not a bad phone, but would not buy it again. There are some issues with battery and speakers, customer service/Support could not help me with that. Even it has 8800mAH battery, it needs to be charged every 2nd day. My phone had charging issue, so the fast-charging only works when I restart the phone, which is annoying. The minimum volume of the phone is still loud, so I had to block the speaker with my hand to make it quiet and not disturb the others. Screen switches ON randomly while driving my car, and makes the feeling something has happened (message,email,call...but nothing). The 2nd screen is useless, I have disabled it, also was difficult to scroll between pages on that screen. The custom-button on the side is weird, I set to torch, but most of the time it just misbehaved (activated randomly, did not activate, etc.), so had to disable it. I miss the Audio-Jack connection.. Otherway its OK, the fingerprint reader is a good feature, still has no scratch, or any damage. Now I am only curious how long the battery-life will last. I wrote a review on the company's Official website: the review appeared there,but it still needed approval from the company. The automated message said I will receive an email to confirm this review, but no email has arrived. Also the Review disappeared from their website. No response from Customer service regarding my about this issue..Neither there was any response to my previous email. I am rating this company to Zero.

Bought the 8900 phone, this is my third phone I also have the smart watch.
Phone crashes 8-12 times per day, screen freezes then restarts. Customer service has been TERRIBLE! same generic replies every time makes me think I'm communicating with a bad chat bot.
No interest at all in looking after customers with faulty products, so sad, I used to recommend them to everyone (that's until I had to deal with them directly)
Will never buy their products again and will warn everyone I can just how terrible they are.

So i orderd a phone from their website a month later they shipped it from china and it took over 3 months for it to hit the states kept asking for a refund they ghosted me then when the phone got 2 hours away from me they flew it back to germany and still no refund yep i m out 1000 bucks and they keep you hanging until the bank wont do anything about it ... i guess thats what i get for buying a phone from a non trusted buissiness with a sketchy history like blackview

I purchased a phone from Kogan, it is faulty, I told Kogan who told me that Blackview sells through their site to contact them, I contacted Blackview who told me to deal with Kogan, two handballs and no fix.
Terrible customer service, looks like a loss of money.

I recently purchased a Blackview BV9300 Pro, Rugged Phone with a huge battery. It's also VERY heavy, due to the large battery. It also looks good and has a small circular rear screen.
Having previously had a very good experience with a Blackview phone I was expecting my new one to be even better.
However, the signal level hardly ever betters two bars and when making calls I can hardly tell what is being said. It does not have VOIP which my earlier phone has. The operating system is abysmally slow.
As a result of all the problems I have gone back to using my seven year old Blackview phone despite the battery beginning to need more frequent charging. It knocks spots of the new BV9300 Pro. I have now listed this one for sale. Extremely disappointed.

Bought a waterproof phone, (bv8900) from the official seller on eBay, it wasn't waterproof!! Water entered the phone causing the speakers to stop working, my first contact was the seller, who offered 3 solutions I excepted 2, then I didn't get a reply again, I then messaged customer service, who after a few emails telling me to dry it with a hairdryer, suddenly closed the case?? I wouldn't recommend anything from blackview. Currently trying to get a refund through my credit card.

My Blackview X1 watch is a dud. Looks good. Good functionality for the price but soon died. You’ll get plenty of sympathy from Blackview but no offer of a refund.
