This review is specifically about the toasted coconut, which happens to be my favorite, but my comments relate to the company over several years as their customer.

I started ordering this flavor several years ago. One time I ordered something like 6 boxes of the K-cups of toasted coconut. I received it quickly, they've always shipped fast, but the coffee didn't taste the same. I emailed and received a reply apologizing for the difficulty and asking if I wanted a refund or a replacement.

I opted to wait for a replacement and the quality of the coffee was then what it had been. I don't think I've ever had an interaction with a company that was so immediate or positive. I've had a similar experience with what was essentially a one man business, but then again I've had bad experiences with what were one man businesses.

Customer service isn't singularly about when things go right as they should. It's about when there's an issue and how it's resolved. Blackout Coffee is excellent at both. And the coffee is great, bonus!

Blackout coffee is consistently delicious, strong, and the best go to in the morning. I would like to see more T-shirts in women’s sizes and shapes. Not stupid shirts, but just like the ones the men have. Like the 250 anniversary T-shirts. But you have to understand they don’t fit women’s bodies. And I don’t know how to sew them to make them work. Otherwise, I’d be buying a slew of your T-shirts.

Love the coffee cup!

I have been with them for a long time. Had to take a little break due to economic issues. However, glad to be back and enjoying my favorite coffee. Always good, always consistent flavor. The K cups also make it very convenient for me as my schedule can be very fast paced in the morning. Love the company and everything they stand for!

Best coffee ever! I love to make really strong coffee, but some can be bitter when made extra strong. Blackout Morning Reaper is very smooth, even with my 'high octane' brewing. Easy to order. Tastes great!

Black coffee ahas a very smooth rich taste with the hint of chocolate. Not to over barring. Very enjoyable. I will keep on ordering it.

I absolutely love Black out espresso. I tried their other coffee and they are all great. I just prefer the espresso. Thank you for this wonderful coffee.

The quality is awesome, delivered on time

I honestly don't believe these high reviews. I threw this coffee away after 3 days. I used 8 oz of water, 6 oz the next day thinking that would give it more flavor and more coffee thw 3rd day. Threw out the cup of coffee and the remaining bag, then canceled my subscription. It was the worse coffee I have ever tasted.

Love Blackout Coffee! I joined the club and get a fresh bag monthly. It's sooo good :) The flavor is rich but smooth. Highly recommend!
