AVOID Black Mountain Products Now...!
Ever since the previous-owner (Rich) sold this company to some guy named "Justin" - customer service has gone to shit. I had two (2) NEW resistance bands break - the very-first time I used them. Called their number to complain - and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone (after multiple attempts, over several days) which was "suspicious" to say the least. Tried emailing them six (6) times - and I got NO RESPONSE whatsoever. As well - it "appears" this new-owner is 'pawning-off" on us - grossly-inferior quality products now. I mean TWO (2) brand-new resistance bands snapping and hitting me in the face - the FIRST TIME I tried to use them...? Thank-gawd I was wearing protective eyewear...! As a (retired) Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) - I can no longer recommend Black Mountain Products - and actually (now) actively informing senior citizens (especially) to AVOID all Black Mountain Products - because they are DANGEROUS and could result in serious injury.
