Left my 85 year old handicap mom at airport stranded after canceling with me2 hours before flight landed.
Even after a confirmation and supplying driver info on scheduled pick up.
Horrible customer service with a VOUCHER and not a refund. STAY CLEAR of THIS COMPANY..........
Also based in GERMANY so no recourse for US based customers to pursue.

To give you a bit of context, a short-notice change to a different vehicle class was made on the booking, and unfortunately we were unable to confirm a chauffeur in time for the new request. Please rest assured that no charge has been taken for this ride.

This was a great way to see London
This was a great way to see London. We booked a driver for 6 hours and they brought us to and from our sites of interests. We also had another 2.5 hour ride to the ports which was phenomenal. All of the drivers were very friendly and punctual and knowledgeable ! The app is easy to use as well. It’s worth the money for the black car service , cold AC, and complementary waters on the ride .
Highly recommend using them for your travel needs !!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - Left Family Stranded & Stole €500On June 8, my sister-in-law hired Blacklane to transport four of us (including two minor children) from Munich Airport to Salzburg, Austria, following an 11-hour flight.Our driver, Eduardo, was in constant communication and assured us he was waiting while we faced long delays at Munich Border Control. The moment we cleared customs, we received a call from Blacklane’s New York customer service stating that Eduardo had abandoned our booking to pick up another client, and that no replacement drivers were available.Blacklane made zero effort to resolve the situation, actively leaving a family with young children stranded in a foreign country after a 13-hour travel day. To make this nightmare worse, they charged my sister-in-law €500 for a service THEY cancelled. They have zero integrity, zero safety standards for families, and are completely untrustworthy. Avoid them at all costs.
