Blacklane drivers are always on time. They communicate with me as I am travelling through the airport process, including my frequent international travel and the associated issues. I have used Blacklane for a number of years now and it is my go to for travel transport.

Driver was given incorrect location/address on 1st trip pickup 7/23 from DFW International Airport! Mistakes happen, but I corrected location/address and the driver was not given the updated address for the 2nd trip on 7/26! No excuse!

First time customer!
This was the first time I have used Blacklane and I will definitely use it again. Mr. Ali was so kind and so thoughtful! He knew we were celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary and played various songs about love and marriage while he drove us to dinner. The car was a new Lincoln Navigator. It was beautiful! I booked a ride and had to cancel due to an illness that prevented me from getting in an airplane. Booking 905515510. I have reached out many times to ask to rebook to Monday 7/27. No reply from AI service. Other than to say they would help. The driver and myself tried to reach out to cancel. Held on the phone until it was to late to do anything to change booking.

Trapped and slow marched
I was trapped 25 minutes at the West Palm Airport because the drivers Sun Pass was not registering with the gate register. Not the drivers fault but still a pain in the neck. The driver was driving 53 MPH the whole way in the slow lane which seemed irritating because I was trying to make up the lost time due to the airport exit snafu which was making me run late for a dinner reservation. I am sure everything was just a confluence of bad timing but just left a bad taste. Just being honest about my experience. In no way will I let it color my feelings toward Blacklane going forward.

They keep being late at pick ups, especially at airports. Last night the driver went to another Terminal!!!! I can never rely on them. So I will stop using them. They are too expensive for not being panctual!
