I have bought many silhouettes from this company for my garden as I knew I would be moving in the future. After 6 months in my new garden some silhouettes are rusting. I complained and was advised that even though they are for the outside some "patina" is to be expected - it is rust . I was advised if I wanted them to look as new i would need to instigate a maintenance programme and offered me as a goodwill gesture a tin of paint.
Having spent several hundreds of pounds on these items as well as a bistro set, weathervane and hanging basket bracket I will not be buying from them again and cannot recommend.

Bought a bracket from Etsy which was delivered much faster than expected. This is a gift for my neighbour who recently lost their beagle pal. It's absolutely beautiful and has now been installed with much pride by the new owner.

Purchased the Large Whitewash Wooden Tree Ornament and it is absolutely gorgeous and arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. Really happy with my purchase! Thank you so much!

Bought Michelin man sign as a gift.when it arrived I was surprised at the weight, I was expecting a flimsy sign, very heavy good quality. Recipient was extremely happy. Unable to show photo of it as it was taken and put up immediately! Sellers pictures didn’t do it justice

I ordered the Recycled Metal Parts Robot with Butterfly Ornament as an unusual gift. It was really well made and the recipient loved it especially as it was made from recycled metal bits and bobs. It was ordered from Etsy and Rhiannon made sure it arrived quickly and that the communication was very good.

Fantastic good sized Metal Robin Sculpture Handmade from recycled spoons and forks which is even better than the picture. Great quality and construction and such a clever idea. Looks so effective. More than met my expectations and superb value for money considering the work that has gone into making it. Super fast delivery. I will certainly be visiting again.

This is my second purchase from this seller. Fabulous quality, great price and arrived packaged well and in quick time. My brother loved his gift, made from recycled cutlery and he decided to buy himself another BUT from a different supplier. He was so disappointed with the quality of his purchase compared to mine. Cannot fault this supplier or the service manager, Rhiannon.

Excellent communication and well packaged. I bought the Red Robin sculpture as a present and it was exactly as shown in the photos . Arrived far more quickly than expected. Will definitely buy here again and will recommend to friends.

A very poor all round experience from this company. Ordered an item based on next day delivery and the item arrived a week later. Was delivered to the wrong address and was damaged. I made contact with the company 3 times when I was waiting for the delivery and received false promises of when it would be delivered and call backs which never happened. Black Country requested return of the item creating more work for me as the customer. Item was sent back and 5 days later I am still waiting to hear about my refund. Really poor experience all round, unprofessional, not true to their word. In my opinion DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Well designed pinecone door knocker in polished brass, very solid and exactly as described, wrapped securely, dispatched quickly and arrived safely. Good communication with Rhiannon. Five Stars.
