Your warranty is worthless if you buy from this company

I purchased an item from Bjtrading. The item broke within the warranty expiration date mandated by law and I contacted them.

They responded that The company BJ trading went bankrupt and that they don't have to help me. Even so, they reopened a few months ago under a new company is using the same site and the same business model the same people and ownership. Meaning they still do as before. In any case, I asked them the device is still under warranty and there must be something that can be done?

They replied sorry you are on your own and we don't have any obligation to help you due to the company closing but still operating under the same brand and ownership.
The company is engaged in the practice of taking people's money, then going belly up and reopening as a new company with the same company structure and business type. Making the customer suffer in the process in case of any issue. This is not a good practice for a company trying to make business in the long run. But it is about easy fast money.

Luckily I contacted the manufacture of the product and I explained the issue with Bjtrading.
The manufacture was very unsatisfied with Bjtrading and how they are asset stripping of the company closing and reopening under the same company page and business type leaving the customers in the cold. In practice, this is an illegal, and local authorities dealing with this kind of issue are informed. The manufacture offered me to exchange the item without any questions asked. This was helpful

But all of you must understand that if you buy from BJtranding may and will end up in the situation as I and if the manufacture refuses to help you can end up with a worthless device.

Don’t waste your time and money on BJ trading

Items not in stock, even though it claimed to be when I ordered my item.
I ordered 2 items from their webshop, and they were both claimed to be in stock. Turns out one of them weren't and I would have to wait another 4 days for it to be in stock, before they can even send it...

Their web page showed the item was in stock. I placed the order and in the email i got with the order status, the item was out of stock and needed an extra 4 days besides the delivery time. Unacceptable for a domestic order. I cancelled straight away, this is not a way to do business.

With the help of BJ Trading, I get excellent services from them regarding trading.

I buy a lot of things from them, never had a problem.
Good prices, fast delivery, and no problems with contact.

Web page showed it would get there in 4 days. Placed order for RAM 8 July. On 21July, I told them, if it wasn't sent by Monday I would cancel. On Monday, the order was shown to be sold out.

Courteous Delivery Staff

I was given a 3 hour slot and also in the email advised I would receive a call around 30 minutes before the delivery. The delivery driver left a message for me and also tried again and got through.

I have to say Callum (who I spoke with on the phone) was both professional and courteous and a true credit to the company. Marian also assisted with the delivery and he too was professional and courteous.

Received wrong package, but got to a nice resolution with customer service. Thumbs up

I ordered an Atlanta Braves ladies shirt. The shirt came In but not what I ordered. Ordered a 2nd time and same thing happened. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. Trying to figure out how to get my money back.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago- have not received anything yet.

I bought a fotoframe that I could not use and I send it back. After 4 months I did not get my money back and they didn't try to contact me. What a serious firm does that?

no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered Monday evening. They delivered on Thrusday after emailing them to ask why the delay.

My order was delivered fast and everything worked perfectly.

Ordered a print toner, which does not fit the printer. They refuse to let me return it and get a refund even if the law states I should be able to do so. Had to take this to court and get a judge to review the case.
