Outstanding Service
Justin Shelansky was our funding specialist, and he never stopped until we had our funds! We are a non-profit school, and Justin provided outstanding leadership in getting us approved. My BizFi account manager was Jordan Crames and he was excellent to deal with. He took my request and offered me five different payment options. Once presented, he was totally understanding about my request to make my decision over the weekend. There was no pressure whatsoever to hurry.
When I gave Jordan the option I had decided to accept, he said he would be back with me within the hour with the link to finish the transaction. He was back within FIVE minutes.
I completed the application on Tuesday morning and my funds were in my bank account on Wednesday morning.

Deposit of approved funding in a timely manner.......
Upon completion of the contract documents and approval of the funding, the funding was not deposited in a timely fashion into my account. As of the submission of the contract documents and approval of same on 7/20/2016, I have not been funded as of 7/25/2016 at 1:30 p.m...... I had to call the representative at BizFi to determine what the problem is or is there a problem (Note: I am currently waiting on a return call)....... Hopefully we will have a happy ending to this process, but I am currently disappointed at the process initiated by the funder............
