I like many others I see in the comments and reviews, struggle to see past the what looks like high fees charged on the Bittylicious platform. However, it is a price worth paying for peace of mind, just look at the reviews of other platforms in comparison. 8-O

I find trading (the whole process from start to end) on Bittylicious simple and flows smoothly, especially for someone like myself who does not trade a lot. (I.e. a novice.) There are also no 'middleman' (platform) hassle ("regulation" interference forced on them by all the you-know-whose) and hidden fees afterwards, when trying to get your crypto or money off the platform after trading.

I have used Bittylicious on numerous occasions and have never had anything but first rate service. Clear communications, quick no hassle service. And support are fantastic, I unknowingly over paid and received an email telling me how to apply for the over payment refund. Which was done in under 24hrs. This company could teach a few of the bigger exchanges how customer service should be done. 10/10 thank you .

I think what singles Bittylicious out is their superb customer service I have had problems with larger exchanges in the past and their customer service takes weeks or months to respond, if at all. I found it impossible to contact anybody, to get a contact address or to find out where they were based - even what country they were based in.
But Bittylicious is like dealing with a family business - any queries will be responded to and resolved within minutes. This is important in an ever-more-difficult regulatory environment where fresh obstacles are being put in our way all the time.

I had a problem with Poloniex. Their Google Authenticator 2FA stopped working, locked me out of my account, and then followed days of Chinese named support desk people making excuses. Today's latest, of so many requests, was asking how I originally bought crypto over the years. So I went to Bitilicious, where I was locked out due to an old email address of mine. Their whole verification process, including proof of ID, took 20 minutes. James was amazing. Now I have my audit trail of purchases since 2017. Sent it as proof to Poloniex as they requested (who then asked for a 13th proof). That to a pensioner in 70s trading with pension funds. I never had a single problem with Bitilicious in nearly 8 years, from when cryptocurrency exchange was relatively young.

Moral: trust the integrity and efficiency of Bitilicious. Avoid in every way the non-existent mind-changing low-trust unsupportive and costly Chinese (my Chinese wife agrees, been over there many times). And if you come across Poloniex support staff named Christina He or Min Han in SE Asia--- run fast. Very fast!

I'm used this service since 2016, never had any problems with payments, always received fiat from brokers in time. And i'm the real person, i'm not bot who's leaving good feedbacks.
