Worst program to hit the market. Customer service is terrible and they do not solve anything they just look to sell you more stuff without even explaining why you need them. Major issue is that most of their stuff is free on your computers and phones now so look at other products please this is so not safe it’s dangerous.

Contacted them to report a False -Positive. Was easy and clear instruction. Their follow up was quick and clear! What more would I want. Well done Bitdefender!

Nice work, quick solution.

Bitdefender is one of the best, if not THE best antivirus software. Its price is not excessive yet it gives a monthly notification of things it's protected one's system from. On top of that, if a problem or misunderstanding arises, one can be assured of a helpful, patient and diligent response that remains active until one is satisfied.
In summary, great antivirus at reasonable cost, regular notifications and excellent support.

The customer service representive walked me through each step of the process until my problem was resolved. For someone who has limited knowledge of the computers workings the rep showed great patrience with me. She stayed with me on the line until I was satisfied the problem was rectified. she did not make me feel rushed and that I was important to her.

I've used Bitdefender for years and have always had good performance from them. Some day I hope to travel to Romania to visit their offices.

I have been a Bitdefender customer for many years and have relied on their Total Security software for my PC's protection and my Android mobile phone. I recently purchased a reputed MP3 player with an Android operating system. I set up a PIN, but when I rebooted the player the PIN did not work. I had to get the player cleaned by my local PC repair shop and the original software installed. Again, I reinstalled Bitdefender but again the PIN function did not work. Bitdefender's support said that they knew about this problem with non-standard devices (that is not a mobile phone) and their advice was to pay to have the unit cleaned again, and when reinstalling Bitdefender, don't install the PIN function. They felt no responsibility at all, and did not feel that they should have issued a warning.

Probably one of the best cyber security programs available. Customer service is excellent. Just let them work their magic. No need to become angry, they are competent in their abilities. Trustworthy and honest.

Bitdefender is 100% reliable and always on hand whenever support or a solution is needed. It’s a matter of placing your trust in them and their highly skilled staff.

I really did try my hardest to like this Bitdefender i paid for the ultimate security premium and it would not update following their instructions but would not update. I'm on Windows 11 64-bit SSD 16 GB RAM with BT internet, no problems

It is always deleting clean and safe important files without asking, why not ask first is it known as being safe? Deleting Bitdefender and paying for a more reliable option.
