They locked and froze my account. Tried to contact customer service many times. No response at all. Would not recommend any body to use it.
Lost about 1,700 Dogecoin while trying to withdraw it. No txn ID was given to the withdrawal and its status was "Checked". Their transaction history only goes back 90 days. So after that, you can't even see your withdrawal on their site... like it never happened. Tried contacting support for MONTHS with zero replies. Even reached out to the CEO/founder on LinkedIn. No reply. I successfully verified my identity through their KYC process... everything seemed very legit. Complete scam exchange. DO _NOT_ USE!!
