The moment my suspicion began was after I paid a reactivation charge for an old account. I received an email saying a dormant profile on this platform had accumulated profits over time. It instructed me to log in through a link to request a payout. I think it was a Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday, when I tried to withdraw the funds. The platform then demanded a fee to reactivate the account. I paid the amount they asked for. Later, I tried contacting them to ask about the next steps. I was stuck on an automated phone menu for forty minutes and only received automated email responses. There was no real live agent to speak with. I reported the incident to the local police but there was no solution after weeks of the report. So, I escalated the issue to an international level. I filed a standard complaint to IAdvocacy.org to handle the administrative paperwork. They operated as the international authority coordinating the cross-border documentation. The procedure involved submitting my communication logs. Cross-border agency cooperation was initiated after that. The seized assets were liquidated through a restitution process. At the end, I was able to recover the stolen money.

The most fraud company ever. My withdrawal which I really by submitting in their Bitcoin and Etherium SIP each month with my hardearned money, is stuck since may 2024 which is about to get 2 years now. This is not a small amount. The amount is 1 lac + 52,606 which comes out to be above 1,52,606 INR.

I have escalated to RBI, Consumer formums, social handles etc to all the relevant authorities other than the cyber fraud online branch. BitBns is a shamelessly unehtical and illegal company.

They are NOT concerned about their reputation and investor's hard earned money.

I was saved, and my lost funds were recovered, all thanks to Zent ri Coup s.

Very Very worst🤬, please don't invest using bitbns. I am unable to withdraw my funds, it still showing processing. No customer support. Even I am unable to transfer my coins to other platform they have removed that option. Don't use this platform. RBI should take action on this type of fraud platform.

Worst Experience poor Service

They won't let me delete my account. Not even responding to my emails. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They've got all the KYC details of the user and they won't let us delete our personal information. This must be the scummiest organization on the planet. I've lost all trust in Indian tech companies.

I initiated 4 INR withdrawals (₹30,410 + ₹23,344 + ₹8,129 + ₹290) from BitBNS between 7–8 Nov 2024. As of April 2025 — over 60 banking days later — all still show “Processing.”

Support gives robotic responses, no real action, and no money is credited to my bank. This is financial negligence and unethical behavior.

I’ve tagged @bitbns & CEO @gauravdahake publicly and will escalate to RBI, SEBI, and consumer court if this isn’t resolved immediately. Screenshot attached publicly on Twitter.

This is no longer a delay — it’s a violation of trust. Avoid using BitBNS if you value your money!

This company is a scam.
I've had my account for several years and I did a KYC when I opened my account (which was also approved). Suddenly, now when I logged back in last week, it asked me to do KYC again. However, their KYC process now is so flawed (asking for impossible government IDs: certain countries don't put the personal address on the ID, but yet they still ask/insist on a government ID with address).
Any attempt to make their customer support understand the issue, didn't work out. Support is really the worst: Either they either give you responses that have nothing to do with what you're asking/requesting, or they use a demoralization tactics in the hopes that the customer gives up. So either they play dumb or ...
They take your money but won't give it back if you try to withdraw/transfer to another crypto wallet.
Last but not least, usability of the platform is really poor. It is very dated and lacks clarity. Many things can only be requested via email and cannot be done by the user on the platform. There are definitely far better crypto exchanges out there that you should rather consider using.

Since the past 2 years, they are flatly refusing to let us users withdraw our Crypto, and also our fiat currency claiming they are searching for a new "payment provider", and any other excuse they can find. Whereas all other Indian crypto exchanges are functioning normally during this period, except for maybe minor but temporary hiccups. Unlike Bitbns who are preventing us from withdrawing our crypto continuously since the past 2 years!
What will happen if a Bank withholds customers from using their funds for 2 years? It is the same situation here, and this Bitbns company is trying to keep the lie going by employing fake paid reviews and other such PR stunts, while allowing deposits as usual from unsuspecting new customers.
How come they have a 'payment processor' available only for deposits but not withdrawals?
I needed my funds urgently for an emergency surgery and contacted them, but they have only replied with their same standard automated and boring cut-and-paste responses for more than a year. Their customer service department is virtually non-existent except for deposits.
It is high time for somebody who can, to please take action against this company. And for all others reading this review to please stay away from this company and their paid reviews and PR gimmicks.

Becarefull with bit bns you can diposite inr USD crypto everything welcome what when you want to withdraw it is problem they don't withdraw they are scammers they steal people hard earn money shame on them plz govt of India fine them and close that scamming business in India plz take action on them...🙏

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on bitbns. I submitted two withdrawal requests on March 18, 2024, and March 19, 2024, for amounts of Rs. 1,00,000 and Rs. 86,974, respectively. As per their norms, these withdrawals were supposed to be processed within 60 bank working days. However, it has now been 145 days, and I am yet to receive the total amount of Rs. 1,86,974 in my bank account.

For the past four months, I have been regularly reaching out to Bitbns, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, their responses have been nothing but generic and unhelpful. Each time, I receive the same standard reply:

"We are committed to providing you with the best services, and we understand how important a seamless experience is for you. Currently, INR withdrawals are taking longer than expected. This is an unprecedented issue, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that we are working diligently with the relevant third party to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time."

This response feels like a standard script they use to placate users while doing nothing to actually resolve the issue. Despite their claims of working on it, there has been no progress in returning my money.

I strongly urge all bitbns users to be cautious when using this platform. You may encounter significant difficulties in retrieving your funds, leading to unnecessary stress and frustration. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope others can avoid the same ordeal.

I initiated a withdraw of my hard earned money of Rs 77000/- in first week of March 2024. Waited for 30 days, 60 days, 75 days but money not credited to my account. I wrote email which they replied that it is taking time. I wrote so many emails but no amount so far even after 5 months not credited. They seem to be cheaters and scammers. I am trying to go to Bangalore and sort out the matter personally.

Absolute sham of a product. The transfer option has just got my money stuck and I can't do anything about it. It's not even in my wallet and nor is it back in my bank. They are scammers! My transfer has been stuck since 13th Feb 2024.

I Have Crypto worth of 1,40,000 since last 5 month i am trying to withdraw funds they are rejecting and when sending email to support there is no reply. So i try to Bought USDT and try to withdraw USDT to other exchange address. Same they are rejecting this. And when i contact support they reply Withdrawal is Stopped. Such a Cheater. Please suggest what can we do ?

This crypto exchange takes "lack of service" to new heights. Their customer support is as elusive as Bigfoot, and transparency is a foreign concept – more like a magic show where your funds are frozen without any explanation. Withdrawals? Well, it's like trying to squeeze water from a stone; good luck getting your assets out in a timely manner. It's a symphony of frustration, opacity, and withdrawal woes.

Bitbns scam:
1. Currently they are not allowing to sell any coins in swap wallet. I have around 2.5lakhs rs in swap wallet. if they are allowing to sell my coin, it is a big fraud.
2. They are not allowing any crypto withdrawals recently. They are either pending or canceled or stuck.
3.No INR withdrawals. It would be feasible if INR withdrawals are allowed, the only reason we are holding coins on bitbns or any indian exchange. Yet, I do not worry much about INR withdrawals as long as USDT withdrawal works.
4. But, they are not allowing USDT withdrawals also. They are either being canceled or stuck.
5. The last resort is USDT p2p. To make use of this, we have to go through following steps 1. Sell all our coins to INR ( price of all coins are 30 to 50% lesser than binance as there is no liquidity and therefore people are not ready to buy). Even if I am ready to sell at loss and, to convert to USDT, I need to buy USDT for around 100rs in exchange and sell for around 85rs in usdt p2p. Even, I am ready to do that, they are allowing to put sell order only at higher price (say 89) though people are ready to buy usdt for 75rs. If the market price for usdt is 85, if there are 1lakh usdt that is already available to sell, before my order, then it will take months for my order to get executed.
6. Their cx support is pathetic and never resolves anything. They are showing themselves active on all social media but I have a intuition that they are going to either bankrupt or run away.
