The food arrived via fedex packed in dry ice so frozen well. excellent in my opinion but it all went down hill from there.
The snack plan was filled with what seemed to be variety but everything tasted exactly the same, gummy, weird after taste everything was blah.
the meals all had the same gummy texture with that funny after taste. sorry but i think i will try a different company for the price.

Emily was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. She resolved all of my concerns and more.

I am just getting started and the customer service has been excellent! I especially appreciated Emily helping me today with replacements and senior discount.

I have been using BistroMD for several months now and it's great! Not only are the meals superb and healthy but their customer service is 10 out of 10! I have called now twice (to change my delivery dates etc) and both times Morgan has taken care of me like family! Once, when Fedex did not deliver my meals, she was quick to send the refund as well. I could not imagine a company that has a better service and a better attitude!

I use, and have used, a myriad of meal programs. BistroMD is the stand out as best variety and best quality of food, and even more of a standout with customer service. I travel extensively and need to change/delay/edit/cancel orders all the time. I last spoke with Alicia, who refunded an order getting ready to ship, changed my plan and helped with planning. 10/10 recommend BistroMD

After having purchased meals for approximately ten months from Magic Kitchen and receiving poor customer service and putrid tasting meals in broken containers I felt it was time for a change. I decided to give Bistro MD a try. To my surprise every meal I have eaten is excellent tasting and restaurant quality. The customer service has been outstanding. Both Chris and Andy have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Bistro MD and will continue buying my meals from them!!!!!!

the meals are easy to heat up and are very good. I like coming home from the office and a few minutes later I am eating areally good meal.!!!

I joined BistroMD a few months ago. It was part of a larger commitment I made to
myself during the pandemic to focus o my health. Since starting, I have lost over 40 pounds (60 more to go!) and have regained a bit more control over a key aspect of my life — what I eat! The meals have retrained my eye to healthy portions, reduced the amount of processed food I am consuming and “encouraged” me to have helpings of vegetables every day. This may all sound pretty basic but I know that the hardest changes to make are the “basic” ones. Thanks to all the folks at BistroMD who have contributed to my ongoing success. I’m really on my way to better health!

I was in the hospital diagnosed with high sugar levels. bistroMD offered a diabetic diet plan that helped me get my sugar levels under control, also help to achieve normal blood pressure numbers and I went from 206 to 193 lbs. It worked for me and it can work for you. Thank you

Ashlee of customer service really went above and beyond for me. I needed to have my order delivered earlier in the week than usual so it wouldn’t arrive over a holiday weekend when I would be away, and sit out in the heat for two days and likely defrost and/or spoil. Literally ten minutes after I sent the email, Ashlee called me to arrange for the shipment to be sent early so it would arrive before I left, and stayed on the line with me for another ten minutes while I customized the menu so she could get the exact order I wanted into the system that same night. Amazing service!

I tried BistroMD Keto flex plan. Hoping for an easy and way to improve my diet. I had no issues with customer service, but by my third or fourth meal I need this was not to be. Of the several meals I tried the best I could say was it was ok. But most were terrible. I threw out at least half of each meal if not the whole thing.

The veggies were bland ( extra Salt was required on all veggies) and the carrots had a hard rubber texture. The chicken itself was cooked well and tender and juicy, but the sauces were awful. I think you can get a better marinara sauce by opening a can of spaghtti-Os. The turkey breast was processed and mushy. And the eggplant meal was just the eggplant peals (smothered in bad tomato sauce).
I cancelled after my second box arrived, and I still have several meals in my freezer I'm not sure I'll even try.

I started Bistro MD about 6 months ago. I place an order every 2 weeks or so. I get the lunch/dinner and love that I can select what meals I want.

I started at 210 pounds and now weigh 195. My goal is 190 and with the help of BistroMD I know I will get there.

I also had an order abut to be shipped and I had not yet finished with what I had (I split dinner and lunch into 2 days) so I got ahold of Jessica who helped me out. She was great.

I will probably stay with Bistro MD even after I lose the weight as the food is yummy and to keep me on task!

If I have any sort of issue I can call and actually get a person who can immediately help. The people in customer service are terrific - today I spoke with Patrick and Savannah and both were awsome. My experience with Bistro MD has been exceptional, they do EVERYTHING right. And the food is delicious.

Special thanks to Todd in Customer Service for his help with my order. He is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My order arrived on the scheduled day. I really enjoy my BistroMD meals. I am on a very sodium-restricted diet, and have a great variety of delicious meals that fit my criteria to choose from. The website is easy to use, and delivery is reliable. I am a terrible cook, so I enjoy the convenience and quality of the BistroMD meals. Thanks to everyone there for offering such good food and service.

The food is very unappetizing in appearance and not tasty. I threw out more food than I could stand to eat. Very expensive. Nutrisystems definitely has better-tasting food.

My dad is 92, my mom - 87. Mom struggles cognitively, and Dad has diabetes, congestive heart failure, and advanced kidney disease. Meal time was becoming too much of a chore for them, still at home. I live nearly two hours away, but would go every weekend to cook food for the week. I researched and decided that they would benefit from a diabetic meal plan from bistroMD. My folks were very hesitant, especially my dad, who is very critical of new things. I chose the first meals, and when they came, I read the easy instructions and let them prepare. My mom continues to feel very proud that she is "making" dinner, and Dad looks forward to EVERY meal - he loves nearly all the dinners offered. Meal time stress is gone, my folks are eating healthy, tasty food, and my mom is more confident in the kitchen. She sincerely told me "I want to eat these dinners until I go to Heaven." I recently contacted customer service and spoke with Patrick. (The credit card on file needed to be updated) Patrick took care of everything for me, and also checked to make sure there was not a delay in my folks getting next week's meals. It's not often I can give a review that praises not only the product, but also customer service, but I am thrilled for the difference bistroMD has made in my folks' lives.

My husband and I wanted to change our plan to eliminate the snacks. Chris took care of me right away and made the experience very easy.
Overall, I have been pleased with the plan. We stopped the snacks because there just were not enough options that we enjoyed and I can get 100 calorie snacks from another source. If I could change one thing, it would be to add in some other types of vegetables. Most of my favorite meals always seem to come with green beans! Mix is up a bit!

There was an issue with my credit card (I had just received a new card and hadn't updated my card on file). I left a voicemail because it was before hours. My voicemail was promptly attended to by Emily, who took care of the issue and made sure that my order went out that day. She was very friendly and professional and really helped me out. I love this program! After the first ten days I am down 6 1/2 lbs. and my wife is down 10! Thank you Emily, and thank you BistroMD! :)

The meal delivery service I was using for three years went out of business in January. At the time I was really upset because I've come to rely on them for having well balanced healthy meals. I'd received flyers for BistroMD in the mail, but my biggest hesitation was the pictures looked too good to be true. Well, they are 100% accurate. The meals are really really good and the variety is incredible. I've never been a big tofu guy, but I tried their tofu meals and they've all been excellent. If you don't like a particular meal, you just take it out your rotation. Very easy. I've only had to deal with their customer service once (Emily), and found it top notch. (When I say I had to deal with them, I had a question. There wasn't a problem.) Honestly, couldn't be more pleased with this service.
