I think the biscuits were beautiful and tasted terrific too. Only downside was the pretty tin arrived dented (probably due to poor handling by the delivery service). A great purchase overall.

I’ve ordered from these before and not had an issue. This time though, I accidentally included the billing address for shipping. I called and left a message (the only option) with full details and new shipping address (Tuesday for a Saturday delivery). I also emailed the same details. I had no response and called and emailed again. Biscuits arrived at the billing address today and still zero comms from Biscuiteers. VERY disappointed
The item we bought was meant to be a special gift from someone in their 80s to give someone in their 70s. Named '12 Days of Christmas Luxe Biscuit Tin', you'd have thought the tin would be decent quality (and air tight, as even budget biscuit tins tend to be) with beautiful biscuits inside. No. The tin itself was flimsy and poor quality, with an ill-fitting lid that was certainly not airtight. Still, the gift was given, and when I asked if they'd enjoyed them a couple of weeks later, they said they had been disappointed. Not only was the tin sub-standard, it transpired that not all the biscuits had been properly finished - with bits of icing missing. With a price point of £55 for 12 biscuits, this falls well short of what one would expect from a product marketed as 'luxe'. We won't buy Biscuiteers again. I emailed customer service - they acknowledged Biscuiteeers tins aren't air-tight, but left it at that.
These biscuits were purchased for me as a Christmas gift from my friend.
I actually ate one on New Year’s Day absolutely horrific dry stale inedible so I just put it down to a bit of a gimmick for New Year.
Then I looked online. They are charging £25 for this rubbish stale biscuits. How many boxes could I get for £25 or how many packets could I get from any supermarket.
They no longer have an X account I wonder why.
I did speak to my partner who purchased a biscuits and told him they were horrible. He obviously bought them in good faith and as a surprise gift I would rather have had 50 packets of jam Dodgers at 50p each.
I ordered a Christmas present for my niece but it was never dispatched. I got a refund, but no explanation why & no apology. Customer service seems to be AI. Comments on Instagram are just deleted. I won’t be buying from them again.
Ordered a tin of biscuits as an engagement gift on 6th December. They never arrived. Contacted Biscuiteers by phone and by email, no response until I registered a chargeback with my card company, and then the company responded to say that the parcel hadn't been collected. However, there was no attempt at delivery. The first we heard from DHL (delivery partner) was the same day we did the chargeback to say that as the parcel hadn't been collected in time, it would be returned to Biscuiteers. However, DHL hadn't left any slip or email to say that they had tried to deliver and from where and by when the parcel needed to be collected. The "Customer Happiness Manager" at Biscuiteers finally emailed after I initiated the chargeback to say that they won't refund and won't replace as the parcel is being returned to them. Certainly didn't make me happy. Appalling experience from a company that provides products that are expensive and for gifts - for both those reasons you would expect better. Tried to respond to the email, but my emails are "undeliverable", so looks to me like Biscuiteers has blocked my email address, which is shocking. As they can see that DHL are returning the parcel that we were never informed was ready for collection, whether Biscuiteers get it back or not and in what condition is nothing I can control, so there is no justification for withholding my refund. Avoid at all costs.
My macarons arrived earlier than the date I had chosen. The reason for the date I chose is the five day shelf life and I was going to give them as presents. Now I can’t as they won’t be for five day fresh. Also they arrived bashed up. Crumbs. Messy boxes. Just awful. I wldnt even put them out to serve let alone give as a gift. Have emailed pics. Rang and left voice note and have not heard back. Spent a lot of money. Very disappointing
Delivery dates missed, no response by phone or email, no update on expected delivery of Christmas presents. One day left and now need to rush around shops to buy replacement gifts.
Thanks Biscuiteers ordered at beginning of December so no excuses.
Great biscuits, surprisingly bad customer service in 2025. I’ve been a customer for years for family, friends and for my work team. This year, my orders were blanked from the web account. I’ve had problems with some of the orders, and no one responded to my emails, phone calls…I even resorted to Facebook messages. Deafening silence. Given how much I spent (22+ boxes), it’s shocking and unprecedented. In previous years, customer service was excellent. This will be the end of the road for me with Biscuiteers.
Never heard of the company before but got sent them for a gift.Disappointed doesn’t cut it.Soggy biscuits that were not at all presented nicely (from someone who used to work in a similar field). Not worth the money,go to a local café instead and support small businesses who have better products, price and presentation
Decent product. Dumped in an unsafe place.
I complained that the product was dumped in an unsafe place. They responded saying the product had been delivered. Yes, I know. I told you this. I am commenting about the delivery location, so thus I know it's been delivered.
Despite knowing this was a gift, they told me to check with my neighbours. Again I know where it's been delivered, I told them about the delivery location. And why would checking with my neighbours help me locate a gift product?
They also failed to include the gift message.
Then then shut my support ticket without answering my questions.
Fantastic biscuits and makes a brilliant gift for a friend, family or colleague.
I have used this lovely company for
a number of years, starting as a treat when my daughter was away at school and then university and, more recently, for a granddaughter as a settling in at university present (quite a time span!) I recently sent one to said daughter when she had her first baby! The products are beautiful, delicious and always arrive promptly. Also worth mentioning are the lovely containers which make great keepsakes. Definitely recommend.
Very good different types of biscuit icing, soft to the taste.
I have bought from this company several times as have family and friends - the products are lovely. However the customer service is DREADFUL. Having placed an order for which an auto payment method diverted to an old delivery address I contacted them within 1 MINUTE to change it and they came back to me more than a day later saying ‘already dispatched nothing can do’. Seemed not to care AT ALL about the customer - just the payment in the bank. Will not return. Beware.
Biscuiteers' biscuits are great for gifts. They are absolute experts - never had any problems with ordering from them. Their biscuits always arrive in good shape and are well packaged, and their ideas for biscuits are superb.
First time purchase from Biscuiteers, will be the last sadly. The biscuits are slightly broken and they have almost no taste at all. Utter waste of money.
Very straight forward ordering process, lovely product everyone liked them
I accidentally booked the wrong delivery date. Luckily Martha/ Kieran rectified this via email, and I’m set to get my delivery on time!
A friend was coming out of hospital so we sent a gift and paid for next day delivery. The item didn’t turn up, and tracking wasn’t available (the link didn’t work in the email). I contacted customer service but didn’t hear anything back 4 days on
