Good-old thieves

They cherged a monthly fee for using in France in november, just because they obtained the invoice for parking in France when i visited France in October. Needless to say that i already paid the same fee in my October invoice. They never answered my email when i wanted them to cancel that doubled charge, but they issued a fine and fine processing fee. Before, they ignored my rmail of service cancelling.

This company has ZERO customer service

This company has ZERO customer service. They bombard you with spam emails and text messages, Their app is not user friendly and to top it all they try to take money from you when you owe nothing. Any attempts to contact them via their app, website or email are just ignored. This is a truely dreadful company to deal with. Please do yourself a big favour, don't be sucked in by their marketing. If you are, you will regret it. Read their app reviews too - they score very badly not just on TrustPilot but elsewhere too.

Terrible Customer Service

I have used this company for two years but now have a problem of an invoice for parking which was not me.
Somehow my reg number has been tagged in a car park facility I did not use. Wrote 4 times and emailed the customer service department and did not receive any reply.
Eventually I had an email and after requests for more info, supplied said info. They then said car park company want paid not our problem. Terrible customer service. They have done nothing to find out how my reg number was used.
Not interested, too difficult.
Terrible service.

Bip & Drive poor customer service…

Bip & Drive tag works fine in Spain and Portugal even with the automated overhead gantries. The billing cycle works well and the discounts are applied correctly. But the app for android is utterly useless. Doesn't work properly. And customer service is very poor - I sent them a question via their online form on the website but they don't bother to reply! Dreadful customer service. Maybe time to look for another service provider!

Bip & drive unable to answer a question about Bip & Drive!

We were using the Bip & drive in the "pay as you go" way. we only use it now and then, both in Spain and France, this worked fine.

Recently France has started the Toll roads using ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition), (Spain will do the same in the near future) so I send Bip and Drive an email asking them if it would work as well on these roads.
We have our license plate included in the Bip and Drive settings.

Bip and Drive WAS NOT ABLE to answer this simple question!!

They should know France for what services can debit our Bip and Drive account!

They told us to contact France??!!??!!

Very disappointing!!

Do Not Update your card. This company are theives

I have been trying to cancel my account since October. I have not used the equipment since May and my card expired in June and since then I have been charged 6.05 euros every month because I did not update my card. They have now cancelled my account and I have returned the equipment and had an email to say that they have recieved it. Now they are still charging me 6.05euro every month because I havnt updated my card and I Do not intend to has like some people's reviews stated they just keep taking money
DO NOT USE BIP DRIVE THEY ARE THEIVES

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They charge me a delivery fee despite the fact that I am on a yearly contract. They text me payment reminders - but on my account all invoices appear as "paid". When you contact them they quite simply never answer. Absolutely horrible.

Arrogance and ignorance in equal measure.

From the beginning this company simply cannot get a nything right. They ignore requests and decide what service they will give you. After contacting them on several occasions to try to cancel my account I find that they still take their annual subscriptions, indeed the last two over the last two years. Astonishingly they now totally ingnore my repeated requests for a refund of the last two years subscriptions, making no mention of them at all but after all this time acknowledge my cancellation. Halleluyah, I hear you exclaim but hang on. They now want back the original device for detecting toll boths or they will charge me 30€. I've not finished yet, they want the device back which stopped working two years ago and which prompted me to attempt to cancel the contract with them, after that is, failing to get them to send me another device and after it kicking around the house for twelve months I disposed of it. Now, if there is any response to this at all, you just know they will say something along the lines of how sorry they are to hear of this situation and if I just contact them they will sort it out, or words to that effect. Let's see shall we???

Very bad experience

Sus sistemas fallan constantemente a la hora de cobrar automáticamente el dinero de mi tarjeta de débito, por lo que tengo que entrar y pagar manualmente y luego me cobran 6 euros de recargo por retraso. Son unos ladrones incompetentes

Their systems constantly fails to automatically collect money from my debit card so I have to log in and pay manually and then they charge 6 euros late payment fees. This is theft!

Appalling communication

I have tried to contact this company on a number of occasions to cancel my contract but I get no answer and still they take money from my account. Please do not use this company.
