Poor After Sale Service

Installers and staff, Pleasant to deal with. But after old carpet was trashed, and new laid. Obvious flaw in manufacturing, a color fade.
So it was tore up, and 2 weeks to get replaced. New carpet when finished looked good, a job well done. But soon after, carpet dividers between flooring started lifting. They did a trip back and tacked them done again. It didn't work, and I've been calling for 2 yrs now trying get it fixed. Their very apologetic but nothing yet has been corrected.. Very Poor After Sale Service!
