Never easy and straightforward to get your answers over Bing. A simple query 'Why the market have been falling today' gave different results on Bing Vs Google. I love the articles and details Google pulled before I had already wasted 10 min on Bing for this simple search.

Making my workplace dumber

I am trying to move my company away from using MSN/Bing default search providers. The amount of pure drivel that’s posted as news honestly sickens me. It’s like Nigel Farage’s public diary or the Harry and Meghan report, honestly who cares? Some of the most insipid and quite frankly, dangerous articles posted. Scaremongering, sensationalism and just outright bad journalism. It’s shameful and when I look in the comments I can see the sort of brain rot this kind of thing breeds in the British public, disgusts me.

Bing is the new best search engine

I used to hate Bing, but Google has been getting worse and worse over the years. Recently, Google started putting a bunch of spammy blogs at the top of every search, and that was the last straw.

I recently gave Bing another try and was much happier with the results. Wikipedia is the top result when I search for a science topic, and it has way fewer ads.

It's still not as good as Google used to be, but then again, neither is Google.

Bing harasses you too much.

Image creator is relative nifty, but it's utility makes it all the more frustrating, when it bans yu from use fro no good reason. It bans you for prompts like "gorilla" or " Vedic". THe chatbot refuses to discuss the content policy or anything that might actually help the user use the program. If I coud extract Edge from my noteboo, I would.

When You added Bing AI first time your search was perfect, helpful and useful.
But sadly you removed 90% of Bing AI abilities
The most useful features removed:
1. The friendly language removed.
2. The ability to search people or places removed.
3. The ability to check page links and get some information from them (which was the most helpful feature) removed.

This has gone too far.

Bing has gone too far with its AI pushing schemes. Ever since a little app called Chat GPT came to the world, many of us started using it. Then Microsoft had the genius idea of cashing in on this AI trend. Nobody asked for this!
I rarely use Bing. The only time I ever used it is when I confused it with another search engine, but that was a long time ago. Whenever I do search anything up though, I have the option to "remove" a search term by clicking on the remove button on the home screen. When I click it, IT DOESN'T WORK! Why even have a "remove" button if your rigged search engine doesn't know the difference between plain text and links?
Like Google, Bing tracks you and gives you ads unrelated to your search, along with results based on your previous searches. This is why I stay away from these search engines.
And you can't get rid of whatever you searched for without digging deep into the Bing settings. Simply clicking that off the search history in your standard search history isn't going to help at all. That means you have to go all the way to Bing settings to do so, which is a pain.
To summarize this, Bing is not the search engine to use for all these reasons. For the AI gimmick, I'm not falling for it. It will eventually become obsolete one day.

Rubbish! Trying to locate music by a small local band, which used to come up immediately, now had to struggle through lots of "helpful" hints as to what I might actually want.
