Deplorable customer service
The customer service of this company is deplorable. As I sat in the plane, my phone fell out of my pocket and into the open wall, which exposed insulation and wiring. I was dismissed by staff as if it was my fault. I later tried to contact management and was hung up on and told it was not their problem. I was able to follow my phones location in the belly of the plane for a few days as it travelled from Dhaka to Coxs Bazaar. Avoid this airline at all costs.

It was great, food was alright but service was amazing. A lot of movies to choose from. Take off and landing was smooth like butter and only thing I would complain but isn't a problem is that the seat could not go back any further then it already was but I still manged to get a well rested sleep on my flight from LHR-ZYL

I had a very disappointing experience at check-in in Sylhet on Friday, May 1, 2026. The staff appeared inattentive to customers and were engaged in conversations among themselves rather than assisting passengers.
During the process, a staff member took my boarding pass to conduct a random luggage check. However, no instructions were provided, and it took a considerable amount of time for me to locate him and retrieve my boarding pass.
I also have concerns regarding the accuracy of the weighing scale, although I cannot confirm this with certainty. It appeared that many passengers were found to have overweight luggage and were required to pay excess baggage fees. I had weighed my luggage at home prior to arrival, yet the total weight recorded at the Biman counter was significantly higher than my own measurement.

I’ve taken many flights around the world, however this airline has had put all others in shame when it comes to disappointment. I’ve never seen anything that sort where they show no priority towards customers. Food was awful, made my stomach hurt. Service was disappointing and the tv screen had nothing but cartoon and old movies. Worst of all the flight was delayed more than 4 hours and cancelled right after. This was a ridiculous experience and would never go back on it again.

This is without question the worst airline experience imaginable. An organisation run by a group of inconsiderate, incompetent imbeciles who show absolutely no respect for their customers. I booked flights from Manchester to Sylhet in Bangladesh six months in advance, carefully planning my travel well ahead of time to avoid any issues. Despite having ample notice and preparation, the airline cancelled my flight only a few weeks before departure with no proper explanation and no accountability.
To cancel a long planned international flight at the last minute without providing a clear reason or any meaningful support is beyond unacceptable. It demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic competence. Customers organise work leave, family commitments, and expensive travel arrangements months in advance, yet this airline behaves as if people’s time and money mean nothing.
There was no attempt to provide a reasonable alternative, no proper communication, and no effort to take responsibility for the disruption they caused. Instead, passengers are left scrambling to rearrange plans and absorb the stress and additional costs created by the airline’s negligence.
If an airline cannot manage bookings made six months in advance without abruptly cancelling them weeks before departure, it clearly has serious operational and management failures. This experience has completely destroyed any trust I had in this company.
Avoid this airline at all costs. They demonstrate a shocking level of incompetence and a complete disregard for their passengers.

The service was good but in flight entertainment was very awful. The crews gave me only peanut bar for a 1hr journey. At last, they ran out of buses. I stood about one hour to ger in the bus. They took another 1 hour for boarding. Awful, very awful.

The customer service is awful. Roman on check-in desk at Sylhet airport was especially unhelpful. I was 2kg over on my check in but had no hand luggage. He would not use his discretion and said it was a safety risk but said if I paid, it would be fine! How ridiculous?!

They gave me the food menu and said we are all out of main courses but you can have some rice and fruit.

Boarding a nightmare no cut of at gate so people coming to gate 5 minutes before departure and getting on.
Buisness lounge in Dhaka isn't worth the walk to get the meagre offerings.

This airline is the worst to travel with. The plane seats are dirty and the staff are rude and obnoxious. They literally just chuck the food at you and don’t even say what it is! Honestly biman you need to sort things out! The ticket prices are outrageous and the food and service is abysmal
