Its one thing to read other people's reviews but, its another to actually have the same in person experience yourself. I met with Zach at the Scottsdale location and I cannot say enough about my positive experience - highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I've had situations arise that required me to use these services, and I've always enjoyed a decent relationship with 'Jesse', until now. Last year, I took in 2 bags. Given I'd had major surgery and was out of work for a while, some payments lagged, as they have in the past, however, the company would always call prior to doing anything. Well, not this time. I called Jesse to obtain the balance and make payments only to be told that he sold my items. Never did I ever receive a phone call, text, or anything stating such. Usually, kind and jovial, he was unapologetically rude and condescending. Needless to say, I am just appalled at the manner in which this situation was handled. Needless to say, I'll never set foot in there again.
Rebuttal: Erin just stop. I can agree with all but 2 things:#1. You did me no favors during my 'time of need', rather your exorbitant interest and fees helps you, not me. #2. I have call logs, and your company never called.

We are glad we could help you through a tough situation and loan against your assets in your time of need. We are sorry you felt you were treated disrespectfully when you called. I believe we were just surprised to hear from you in this January 2023 as we had reached out in May and June of last year when the loans were due and past due. Our business is to loan against assets and to be paid interest on those assets or we default on the loans and liquidate them to recover our money. We are different than a typical collateral lender in that WE DO extend terms and work with our customers IF they communicate and make an effort but if we don’t hear from or receive payments on a loan, we cannot be expected to hold onto assets indefinitely.
