I spent about $1,000 on stock

I spent about $1,000 on stock, accross two orders. I had issues with both my orders, the second order two items arrived damaged and the logos cracked and split accross the chest and the shoulder strap actually snapped off.
I also had issues with my order due to sizing, shorts and skirts very differently sized around the waist and labeled the same size. I have not received a refund, or an email back to speak about this. I sent photos and evidence of the damages coming out of the post bag. I really love this brand but the quality of singlets and printed logo clothing, and customer service is incredibly disappointing, watching this brand grow in our community it’s a shame to see greed triumph, and a lot of nasty b*tch energy running this show when we all know you are making a fortune.. I couldn’t afford this order as this was gift to spoil myself after losing everything after a natural disaster, it was a shame to splurge and collect new items for my personal life, spending alot on what I was hoping to be quality.. very disappointed and disgusted. Big city life girls, hope you are proud

Quality unbeaten

Not the cheapest, but - the fit, style, materials, quality are genuinely top fricking notch. Every piece I have ordered I genuinely love. Not once disappointed. All sizes (for me anyway) do run on the larger size, so be careful when ordering to check measurements. Because they are Aus based, the tax is high which sucks - can't wait until they have a UK dealer. I would still buy from them, again and again & highly recommend.

100/10 on all fronts

I love Billy Bones Club. I've got shirts, socks and a cap from them and all of them have been fantastic quality BUT most importantly, their customer service is the best I've seen. I read a bad review about them not having a number to call and saying their customer support is non existent *insert eye roll*. This is absolutely not true, they have a customer support email, they reply ridiculously quickly and are so friendly and helpful.

it’s giving green washing??

i love the garms, the style is so cool and i can see all the thought and personality put in the product from the design to the care instruction labels.

the quality can be a bit better for the price but i do like the little design details!

designed in melbourne was kinda sus to me bc people normally write designed in ____ but then hide where they are made. I have no problems with items made in China and dont believe its unethical or automatically bad for the planet. but the fact it was written “made in PRC” on the care instructions label and kind of hidden to sort of hide its made in China is so sus to me. idk 🤷‍♀️ but lovely designs fr i love the aesthetic but id rather the brands be more upfront

Thanks for nothing

So the company has a 30day return period, right? So what do you do when your order takes 30days to get to you?? Plus, when it gets to you the packaging is open, beat to hell, and your $90 hat looks like some warped pos you'd buy at a thrift store. Call them? Oh wait, you can't! You can't even fill out a customer service complaint bc their customer service website won't load. Never buy from billy bones!

Bear in mind that shipping takes longer than stated

Purchased a couple items for an upcoming trip, as the website said orders will be shipped the following day after purchase so it would arrive in my timeframe.
I made the order 6 days ago now and I’ve just been notified my orders finally been shipped.
After contacting customer service, they weren’t all too helpful about my situation. Would’ve been happy to pay to upgrade shipping if they had told me it hadn’t actually been shipped yet. Unfortunately my order isn’t going to be here in the 5 days I have left. A bit disappointing, wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it would take so long to ship.

Disappointing first experience

Parcel got lost in mail, didn’t receive an apology nor any kind of future discount. Took them 4 weeks until I was provided a refund as the clothes I had purchased were limited edition and no longer in stock. Very disappointing for first purchase, put off from purchasing here again

Design is good, quality is meh

Quality isn't great considering what you pay, however I do like the designs.

Custom support was vague when my t-shirt hadn't arrived after a long time.

I had to pay a customs fee for the t-shirt to arrive in the UK which is expected I guess, but not something I thought about when ordering.

I'd definitely order again if the quality was improved and the prices remained the same.
