DO NOT USE THEM! Gave them a pattern, shipped them the material and they mocked up what the item would look like, which I approved. What I received back after months of painful lack of communication was nothing like they mocked up. In fact, they sealed the bottom of the garment so they are all useless. The pattern was not used as they failed to make the wrists as per the pattern and mock up.

They're scammers who take your money and don't deliver. We paid them for samples with a promised delivery date, but they ghosted us. No samples, very little communication and empty promises. Their customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time and money with these unprofessional and dishonest people.

Our experience with Billoomi has been extremely disappointing. We ordered several samples over six months ago and never received anything. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, we got no clear answers or solutions. Every time there was a new excuse, but no actual delivery.

For a company that claims to be professional, this is completely unacceptable. We lost a lot of time and trust in the process. Not recommended – especially for brands that value reliability, communication, and timely delivery.

I reached out to Billoomi to produce garments for my sustainable fashion brand, and they were very pleasant / quick to reply over email and WhatsApp. However, they took nearly 5 weeks to send me fabric samples, and lied multiple times about their status (lost by DHL, sent to the wrong client, rejected by my building, etc.). None of this was supported by tracking data, and I never received the samples. This burned over a month of time, and we might miss our launch date as a result. Such an incredibly stressful experience.

To make it worse - They emailed me back and forth for over a week afterward trying to convince / gaslight me that they had a reasonable explanation for all of this, and insulted me repeatedly through many long and unprofessional emails calling me distrustful (among other things) for not accepting excuses which were easily disproven by our email history. I do not recommend Billoomi, as I believe they're either a scam or severely negligent.

Not sure about this company. I contacted them about supplying me with some garments for my store. Danny emailed me back and asked we chat on WhatsApp. I replied that I didn't like WhatsApp and could we chat via email. I then got a call from a mobile phone in India where they are based. I ignored it. There is another website also complaining about this company - so, do your due dilligence. I don't think they are trustworthy myself.
