I think they went out of business, but are still taking orders. Their phone number no longer works, emails are not responded to and nothing ships. But, they'll take your money.

Time of delivery took a while

Time of delivery took a while. Other then that, I got what I ordered.

Hi Michael,

I'm sorry you're upset with the delivery time, but as noted when you contacted us:

1. The order was placed on a holiday weekend.
2. We had a large banner on our site stating that we are on vacation until July 9th.
3. As noted on our site, we generally ship orders within two business days
4. Your order was shipped July 9th, the day we stated we'd return from vacation.
5. You selected USPS Ground Advantage as the shipping method (3-6 business days). Your order was delivered July 11th.

I completely understand the excitement of getting a new accessory, cue, or anything you order online. We are a small business, currently only one of us (that's me :)). We don't have warehouses all over the country and can't match the shipping speeds offered by those businesses that do (WalMart, Amazon, etc).

I believe we set expectations properly, and am sorry if we were not clear on them.

Overall good experience with ordering…

Overall good experience with ordering and shipment tracking. Recommended to 2 friends and they ordered cue sticks. They had a good experience.
Wanted to add weight to my cue and they helped get me the weights I needed.

Got a bad product,not his fault,emailed…

Got a bad product,not his fault,emailed them didn't ask for another,BUT I didn't have to they got right back with said they would refund or send another,didn't have to argue or anything and it wasn't there fault but they still replaced it no questions asked,they get your orders to you fast and awnser any emails you send,would highly recommend BilliardKings,top notch customer service....Oh and they also send you a cool sticker....thx for taking care of me BilliardKings,goes a long way with where imma order my billiards needs from now on

Good brands at a fair price!

The cues are awesome the shipping was A1 one of the owners was sick and it was looking like my package wouldnt make it and he 2nd air shipped me in both apology and repayment. Awesome customer service. Will be doing business with them again!

I recently purchased a new Lucasi cue

I recently purchased a new Lucasi cue, and after purchasing I decided I wanted a different model. I called and they helped me with no questions asked. Communication was great, and the customer service was very refreshing frankly. I will 100% use them for any other needs I have. Can’t recommend billiards king enough!!!

I just realized my cue I just bought has a warp in it already. I've probably only used it 4 or 5 times .

I'm sorry you have issues with your cue. I check every product before it ships. Since this was purchased a few months ago, the warpage may have occurred after you received it.

I shipped our cue promptly and responded to your inquiries promptly, providing you with details on how to contact the manufacturer for warranty.

Would recommend

Bought a Cuetec shaft, this store was the only place I could find that wasn’t back ordered and I’m glad I found it.

Fast shipping and product in original packaging.

Very accommodating and easy to do business with.

Rich is very easy to do business with. He is extremely accommodating if you are looking to purchase something not available from another vendor. Pricing is competitive, product is well packaged to insure no damage in shipment and arrives in a timely fashion after receipt of order.

Great Experience

The whole experience was great - easy purchase and received the item quicker than expected. We decided to upgrade to a more expensive case, and Rich was responsive and made the return easy. Love that they had lots of choices in cases - even right before Christmas.
