Expert advice and a simplified process
BillGenie made the process of deciding whether to switch electricity suppliers, and then facilitating the switch, as easy as can be. I wanted to add a name to the account as well, which I thought would add complications, but no, it was easy peasey. I check in with them every year.

All I had to do was sign the contract!
I have no idea what EVERYONE isn't using James, and his team, to save them money! This is my fifth year using their excellent, seamless service to switch providers. They take all the work out of it, all I had to do was save money by signing.

They made contact within a week of the renewal date and the transition to the new supplier was seamless. If it was left to myself I would be inclined to procrastinate. This way job done and just under €300 saved. Happy days.

Straightforward and no nonsense. Hassle free communication, no being placed on hold for hours on end - all I needed to do was to send in my bill, it really was that easy to save over €300 a year. Would highly highly recommend James ans Ishka. Excellent service.
