Over two months after returning a pair of boots and after multiple emails and customer support calls they still have not issued a refund. Terrible customer service, untrustworthy company, do not shop from them!

Send clothes back size doesn’t match what you see by ordering! Send it back but no money back!!!
So people don’t order anything it’s fake and crooks!

I bought shoes on the 30/10/25 of 527€ , they were too big, I send them back on 5/11/25, on my cost of 39€.
After many emails and phonecalls I never got my money back.
Received some kind of printscreen to proof their refund. I never received my refund. I’m still trying.
Very bad experience.

I wish I had done more research before ordering.
First, their website doesn't mention that prices exclude import duties. This gets added as a surprise charge when the shipper delivers, which is completely unacceptable.
My package was lost by DHL. While the shipping issue wasn't Bikkembergs' fault, their customer service was useless. After two months of back-and-forth emails, they simply stopped responding.
Fortunately, I paid with my credit card. American Express was able to force Bikkembergs to investigate and I eventually got my money back. I'm very grateful to AmEx for their help.
I will never order from this company again. Their treatment of customers is out of this world

This brand is the worst. Bought a wallet and one week after is completely destroyed. I havent seen something like that in my life. Be aware and dont buy anything from them. WORST QUALITY EVER!!

Will not be buying from them again. Brand has completely gone downhill. Was not made aware of the import tax as the price does not include tax. Shoes fit too big and requested a return. They emailed back saying that I had to pay for my own shipping back to them in Italy. Awful service from a so-called high end brand.

Really disappointing. No heads up about the customs charge (which they are obviously well aware of and a one off customer likely isn't) and a long officious email about their legal position in response to complaint about this. Boots when they arrived had an odd white bloom in the leather so weren't worth what I paid never mind the extra cost.

dreadful experience, i used to buy a lot from this company, but recently ordered two pairs of trainers and their courier DHL wanted to charge £82 for customs which consisted of £24 for the import duty and the rest for DHL that on top of the £17 shipping charge I had already paid. I buy from other Italian retailers who use alternative couriers who deal with customs before shipping - needless to say I neither have the goods or the refund and Bikkembergs just ignore emails.

Ridiculously expensive and poor quality clothes. I bought two t-shirts, one of which had holes already two months after purchase. Waste of money. I tried to reach customer service by email several times, but no one answered. Avoid this low quality company. It´s a rip off.

They sent wrong sneakers and I had to return. But after that it was not possible to receive my money back at all. I wrote 5 or 7 emails and just the latest email was effective when I wrote that going to create a claim and send it to EU Commission. It is the terrible online store really.

If I could provide 0 stars I would. Really poor customer service and flexibility to provide support to customers who need to exchange a size on their bought trainers. Avoid buying for them as I can assure you if something goes wrong or the size does not fit you will not be able to exchange.
