We have purchased several items from this company over the last few years but our last purchase, which was last year, was very disappointing. The bat had two holes at the end of the bat which I was told three times by BTB customer service was not a flaw but was part of the manufacturing process of the bat and were there to “hang the bat”. Nonsense. None of our other bats had this flaw. It causes the bat to lose value. Will not be doing business with this company in the future.

I have a few of their bats and the quality is getting worse, they actually are quite flawed if you look close. Comparing 2 side by side you notice the difference in the bat circumference. The last 1 I just got feels like it's a painted wiffle ball bat. They look ok displayed but they will never be worth what you pay for them. I have bought my last item from them.

These guys have a great selection of authentic original memorabilia and more coming all the time. I’ve really been able to upgrade my collection with a great mix of bats, baseballs, and jerseys, all autographed by some of my favorite recent and past players. From my experience, the customer service from Big time Bats and footballs top notch.  the sales rep is always very friendly and never puts on pressure for me to buy. They have made a customer for life with me.
