Destroys beach visit experience

Company provided solution for car parking to Formoza beach on Madeira Portugal.

I drive each day to beach for last 2 weeks.
4 times their machines rejected my ticked(i store tickets in my passport to have perfect shape), which they gave me 30 minutes before, as invalid. 1 time their system was fully broken.

Help button usually does not work, nor they have guidance printed on what to do in the case.

As appears, guidance is to go to restaurante near.
That is bad. First, have to wait until waitress pleases poring several cups of beer to people. Some waitress are not aware of their duty to handle tickets at all. Which adds extra time to be on parking.
