Very very poor service

Very very poor service ,
I have sent commercial shipment through big ship , they took rupees 88000 and take 1 month to aend the shipment . I wanted to save my time thats why i got ready to send it by air but with these stupid guys it took 1 month and rupees 88000 as well .

I request to you all that do not take their services .
THEY ARE CROOK .

ery Poor Service & No Customer Support

There are multiple issues and absolutely zero proper support from this company.

Before opening the account, they offer ₹500 wallet credit just to attract customers.

For every pickup, they charge a minimum of 20% extra without proper justification. When asked for clarification, there is no response.

Deliveries are consistently delayed after pickup.

When requesting a refund, they promise future discounts via coupon codes, but those benefits are never actually provided.

They collect extensive data by asking customers to upload invoices, which feels unnecessary and concerning.

Overall, the experience has been disappointing due to hidden charges, delays, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this service.

Starting me Bigship ka experience theek tha ache se attain krte hai taki accpunt open krva de ap but bdme itni bekar service hai and team 0 support me.
Sabse badi problem support team ki hai:
Calls uthate hi nahi
Weight discrepancy bar-bar missing aati rahi
Jab claim raise kiya, toh support team ne complaint late dali, jiske wajah se claim reject ho gaya
Iske baad jab follow-up kiya, toh support team ek dusre pe blame dalti rahi. Koi proper solution nahi diya.
Mere ₹2000 worth ke products chori ho gaye, na return mila aur na hi claim.
Finally maine bola ki ab main service use nahi karna chahti, toh unka response sirf “Okay ma’am” tha — bilkul bhi yeh nahi ki help kare, solution de, ya customer ko retain karne ki koshish kare.
Isse clearly lagta hai ki customer satisfaction ya service dene ka koi interest hi nahi hai.
Support team sabse bekaar hai.
Agar shipment ke baad koi issue aata hai, toh Bigship bilkul stand nahi leta.
Strongly not recommended.
At least Shiprocket ka support kaafi better hai aur customers ki problems ko seriously handle karta hai.

19+ days have passed and BigShip and…

19+ days have passed and BigShip and Ekart have shown ZERO responsibility.

My parcel (Tracking: BGSP1004431163) has been stuck with no movement and both companies have completely ignored every message, email, and escalation.
This level of silence is shocking for companies claiming to provide “professional logistics service.”

BigShip and Ekart — is this how you treat customers?
• No updates.
• No accountability.
• No timeline.
• Not even the basic courtesy of a reply.

A GeM order being delayed for almost 20 days is unacceptable and shows a complete failure of your operations and customer support.

I am asking publicly because your private support channels are absolutely useless.

I want a direct answer:
– Will you deliver the parcel or not?
– Who is responsible for this massive delay?
– Will you compensate for the loss caused?

Your service has wasted time, caused financial loss, and created unnecessary stress — and yet you continue to stay silent.

This is a clear warning to others: be very careful before trusting BigShip or Ekart with important shipments.

Fraud Company

Fraud Company . My COD parcel of amount 12325 was lost , Bigship gave me no update for 2 months and after 2 months they refund amount of 1000 Rs. no service support , no one replies to email neither anyone answers calls. their Support service team is sleeping 24*7.

BigShip Only Takes Money, No Service

I have been chasing BigShip for the past 16 days, and none of my calls have been attended to. The only reason I reached out again was because their representative, Dhirendra, was constantly calling me to restart business with them. Unfortunately, once I agreed, all communication from their side stopped.

This has left me very frustrated with my decision. Customer support is the backbone of any service, but here it feels like they only take money and ignore customers. I sincerely hope no one asks me for a review of their service in the future, because right now, it is clear that customer care is not their priority.

I would not recommend BigShip to anyone expecting professionalism or timely support.

Don't don't use them at all their…

Don't don't use them at all their customer service is more pathetic than other aggregtors, standard response to a shipment list since 2 month, no one picks call, the manager assigned to us is useless , save your precious money,.they will gaslight you for chosing a particular courier company even though they have partnered with them, use India post if you have to but not them for your small business .

Worst Service, Dont Put money on there wallet

We have been using BigShip for our logistics, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most of our shipments, especially in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, face indefinite delivery delays. Customers are often unable to reach the delivery agents, and as a result, we’ve suffered cancellations, rejections, and direct business losses.

Even after repeatedly asking for support, our account manager was unresponsive for days and when he did reply, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. We also had over ₹13,000 stuck in their wallet, and when requested for a refund due to poor service, they simply refused, forcing us to “utilise” the balance instead of returning our money. This kind of approach puts sellers in a very difficult position.

To be fair, their Bangalore operations were comparatively better, but overall, the lack of accountability, delayed deliveries, and refusal to refund wallet balances make this platform very unreliable for growing businesses.

I am sharing this so that other businesses and sellers are aware before committing to BigShip. Reliable logistics is the backbone of e-commerce, and unfortunately, BigShip has caused us serious setbacks.

worst courier delivery service. They are theives 40% of my belongings got stolen. the packet was teared from inside and things were taken and then sealed from outside properly. never going to use this again. worst service.
