Came quicker than anticipated. Exact description

I keep getting emails asking me to confirm receipt of my order & rate my experience. I have yet to receive my order. When I check the status, only 2 of the 6 I ordered show shipped. And when I try to track the 2, there isn't any information available. In terms of shipping, Saturdays are considered a business day. I placed my order 11 business days ago & have yet to receive any part of it.
I've never had this problem with Thrift Books or Second Sale...

The company advertised a book that, as it turned out, they did not have in stock. This was not made known to me. I was told it would ship in 5 to 7 days. I still don't have it 14 days later and they don't know when it will ship. Very disappointed!

I paid $50 for 1 day shipping. It arrived on time & the total cost was still cheaper than any other site to get the book.

I never got the book I ordered.

Cancelled my order with no notification or explananation. Then, did not respond to my questions.

Quick and easy, books in great condition. I especially love that they ask to confirm that you received your books.

The second ordering was fine. But the first was was not. I wasn't told that something had happened to my order and that it was canceled. I didn't find out until checking my bank statement. I should have been alerted to the cancellation.

I ordered my book two weeks ago, and it is still stating that it is waiting to be fulfilled. I’m two weeks into class with no book.

Very dissatisfied. Totally horrible experience. Book was not shipped, not shipped, not shipped and then when tried to cancel order, they ghosted me. Will never recommend or buy from Bigger books again

I've been looking for this book everywhere. This was the only store that had it and it was received and a timely manner.

The book was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. This was important since I needed this book for class.

2 weeks later after buying book for $105.54 and getting charged to my credit card, no info about order processed or if it was shipped or what.
Only getting emails to rate my experience!

Books not shipped timely; many still pending, one shown as in stock online but was actually not available.

The book arrived, but I got it on the 10th when I paid for overnight shipping and it should have arrived the 9th. I never received a tracking number, so the process was quite mysterious and nerve-wracking because I desperately needed the book ASAP. But I did receive it.
