I have purchased for 15 years chips from casino and
BF games as well. I have never won more than a few million, while I see people who say they don't buy have billions. They treat paying people like garbage while nonpaying people rake up the wins. I stopped purchasing games, since so many issues with downloads, and I don't like the point system.
Gone Downhill is an understatement
Decades ago I decided I would only buy my android games from Big Fish Games because they were the best.
Now they're probably the worst. The app is worse than a bad joke. The "new" games are ones I played years ago. Anything I haven't played yet isn't available when I click on it.

This company is the worst. It used to be the best. They'll take your money but you get absolutely nothing for it. Used to be able to download, install, play. Now I have over 61,000 points saved and am unable to use them or get my money back. They still charge every month and ignore my cancellation attempts.

Bought 2 games tried to refund play them turns out the software is too bad led to run wanted a refund for the game and was given points to use on the website. The game manger is really disappointing to use and difficult to even try and download a game. Just want my money back because I plan to never use this website again
They have gone downhill
They have gone downhill. EVERY time attempt to logon, states my password not recognized. It took about 3 to 4 days to get a response and then password reset. Never got a password reset from their link online. Like I told them they have no problem taking a monthly fee but they can't recognize my email or my password. (I wrote the password down) This time, getting nothing, they claim they would send a password reset and have not. Customer service is nonexistent almost. Who is running this site? I have been with bigfishgames for many many years and this is the worst it has ever been, they increase the monthly fee but decrease their customer service. They offer sales to buy games but then will not let you in (dont recognize password) to buy during the online sales. I am looking now for another good site to get games I like.
In former times Bigfish had a great customer support
In former times Bigfish had a great customer support and you got help within a couple of hours. Now I don't expect a response in a few hours, but I expect a response. And there is none. It's now 6 days since my request and ... nothing. Don't know what happened at Bigfish but it's surely not getting better. Absolutely disappointed.
Unable to correct the problem
Ive used Big Fish since 2017, the problems they are now having means games will no longer play and they are disinterested in doing anything about it. Games that won't play on BF are playable on Steam which makes me think that BF just does not want to invest to correct the issue. Ive been trying since 4th May 2023

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I've been a Big Fish member for nearly 15 years and am seriously concidering ending my membership. They used to have at least one good, pure HOGA (hidden object game adventure) a week,often more than one. Now we're lucky to see one month, and most of them are misleading. Many times it seems that there is a new game released by one of my favorite producers like Elephant games or MadHead, only to find out they've used an old title and put it on a silly solitaire game or something. It's just getting hard to justify the membership price with the poor offerings lately.

I bought an old game, Ice Cream Crazy Tycoon, installed it and it didn't work. I contacted the help center and was ignored. I should have smelled a rat by the fact that, for one reason or another (usually my password is not recognized), one can't reactivate the game after the free trial.
Beggars that are happy to steals a bit more than 3 euro.

Ok, I give up to explain the rippoff strategy of Big Fish Casino. I got after 14 spins in gorilla yesterday 3 Bingo. Suddenly the game was interrupted and my win was blown. I have to say that I stin for 1,2 Mio a round. 😡👎
Wheres my points?
Two months in a row BFG has taken my monthly payments and NOT credited points to my account. Okay, last month it was sorted in a couple of days. But now the same thing this month.
Last year they refused to acknowledge I had an account, but took direct debit every month.
Think it's time to leave. This was a great company for years. Rarely problems, and they were sorted quickly. Now it's almost a waste of time contacting customer services.

I have spent a lot of money on these games and it awful. You don’t get any playtime for the money you spend. The don’t pay out in coins like all the other games. There are several games you can play with no fees and I recommend those for all the gamers that don’t have the money to flush down the toilet like me
I was once a very happy Big Fish subscriber
I was once a very happy Big Fish subscriber for years but not anymore. I bought three games from them over a couple of month period only to have them all say that they were in trial mode. Customer service and tech support both had no idea what was going on and the most they would do about it was refund my points. When I tried to repurchase those games, they showed as still purchased. I was told I would have to open another account with a different email to try a repurchase. I gave up, canceled my membership, and asked for a refund of the money in my account. I was told they couldn't/wouldn't refund me. So, my money will now sit in my account for eternity since I'm not going to purchase any more games from them and I'm not sure the ones I purchased in the past will still work. It's a shame because it was once a wonderful company and a wonderful experience working with any difficulties encountered.
Now nearly 3 weeks and counting. Still no support.

My last communication nearly a week from the utterly hopeless Ryan was to escalate to his senior team, a promise that there would be a delay and wishing me a good weekend - the third have a good weekend wish since purchasing 2 non working games.
Many years ago BFG would resolve issues quickly, nowadays they are just utterly incompetent and, having taken money from their customers treat them with utter contempt.
Look elsewhere for your games, or buy your kids a colouring book because you won't get any support from this now useless money extracting company.
So sad - end of an era
So sad, the demise of Big Fish Games. I have been a Big Fish subscriber since 2007. Who knows how much money I have spent purchasing games over the years - but I enjoyed spending every penny because the games were good, the forums were great, and the support was second to none. Now it is rubbish. The website sucks. The forums are gone. The games are boring. I was able to get some support for the same game download issue everyone seems to be experiencing recently (I was charged points twice for one game), but I had to contact them more than once when they didn't respond to my first request for a refund. At this point I'm really debating if I want to continue my 25+ years subscription or just give up and go.
UPDATE: I left! Definitely no point in staying.

I have been with Bigfish since 2008 and I have always enjoyed that my subscription paid for a game a month or could be saved as a future credit. Sometimes I might not want a game and would just save them until the holidays when they would have sales. They switched over to a point system lately and I haven't looked at the site until this month. I tried to buy a game and using my "credits" they still wanted more money. I came on Trust pilot to see if I was the only person having this problem and I see now that I am not. This site used to be great. I feel $7 for a standard game is a good enough price that I stayed but now, absolutely not!

Do not buy games from this company because they are scammers. I bought a ton of Big Fish Games on my iPad. After a couple of months, the games are not accessible anymore because they are not updated for the newer iPadOS. Apple Support cannot reimburse me for these games since more than 60 days have passed. Big Fish Games, who is literally the DEVELOPER of these apps, doesn’t want to reimburse me either. They say they can’t do anything since I purchased from the App Store, while it’s literally the developer who decides whether games will be updated or not. I haven’t even been able to play most of these games. I could’ve just thrown my money in the trash. Would’ve been the same thing.

I specifically created an account just to voice my opinion of the site restructure. Briefly, it sucks. It was great before. I will never understand why people change/update things that work fine and make it so, so awful. I won't go into specifics, since I see many people have already done that. I would be thrilled if they reverted back to the format that was USER friendly and made sense!!! I now play only the games I have purchased, and will never purchase another. FIRE THE DESIGNERS!
