I used to order from them maybe 3 years ago got good products and prices then about 1 to 2 years the website seem to be down I called several times they wanted me to order on the phone I did not feel comfortable. 4 months or so after the site was up the page was different. I called the no in Florida and the girls that answered dud not sound very professional. I choose not to order as I did not feel comfortable with the site.
Orderd perfume for my daughter. never received the perfume and no response from company. The worst need not to buy from these people.
They are the worst, consumers beware. You order and pay, then they send broken or bad merchandise. They are no instructions for returning items if it is not what you ordered. The number on their website is a non working number but yet they still display it. You send emails and will not get a response unless you threaten to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Even then they are not responsive. They have all the signs of an online scamming company.
They have not always been that way so something must have changed in the last few years. Maybe change in management? Who knows? I am pretty sure I am not the only one that has these type of complaints.
