Everything went smooth with this company.
I wanted to order some Govee Glide Wall Lights to add lightning to my gaming setup but Amazon and any other company i looked into doesnt ship to my country so this company saved my day because after i ordered it from them the govee lights arrived in perfect condition within 2 weeks and now i can finally complete my setup.

I made an order from Portugal. My order was delivered at the expected time with a nice message inside without any damage or any other problems. The website had the status of the package at every stage so I always felt informed.

Nice and handy shopping service if you want to buy items from the US. Customer service is excellent with swift responses on emails. Really nice is that little details are also thought about like including handwritten 'thank you' notes with orders. This makes it all a little more pleasurable and special to do business with this company. Shipping is also fast.

Just be aware of the costs that can accumulate. Significant shipping fees and service fees can be added up on to the product costs. Also for returns and warranty you'll have to go back to BAB to get it sorted as purchase invoices (from the supplier) will not be sent out to clients and will be kept with BAB. So you then have to pay for the return shipping costs to the US and also an additional service fee for BAB.

Overall a good, easy and trustworthy service. Just be aware of extra costs when you go this route.

This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Extra plus for the handwritten note from Phillis-a state of the art in custumer service!

I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx.

Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into.

From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.
