I have been trying to cancel my membership plus went online got to the point where I was put on hold with adam joing and still on hold from yesterday , Inever ask to join membership plus bidz just started to take $24.99 X2 I would like a refund X2 and cancel my membership.

I cancelled my membership on the same day within the same away. Their own customer service advised I was entitled to a refund. I requested an refund and they said no refund. I sent them a copy of their own T & C's. They ignored 8 messages. Do not use.

O starz is what this SCAMMING site deserves... Please please please DO NOT buy anything because u won't get it!!!

Have never used this sight but I did bid on something and the next thing I know I had an unauthorized use for 24.99 for so called membership fee, which was not at all mentioned to me or anywhere because I even read the fine print, this website is a scam and once they have your numbers will charge you for all kinds of things you didn't authorize, STAY CLEAR OF THIS SIGHT!!!!!!!!

Won an auction of an autographed baseball with a coa from a company called Premier that I had never heard of. Then had it reviewed by James Spence (a very well respected company) and was given a letter with all of the autographs being unauthentic. Company would not stand by their product and take a return/refund and has been very rude and unhelpful in their responses. This is a fraud company. Bid at your own risk.

I won a bid on a smart watch which has never arrived although I am informed it was delivered I have attempted to use the tracking number BUT the carrier DHL does not recognise it have attempted to contact you by e-mail 5 or 6 times but just get ignored even called once left message no reply. The wining number is Bidz50677

Don't waste your time, extra 200$ added once you go to payment, 69$ for auction fee and 120$ for shipping( within US) I wonder how much is shipping outside the US. ridiculous!

Like other consumers, this site was fabulous til about 4 years ago.
I purchased a ring around the holidays, 2 years ago. It never arrived, and when I followed up, they indicated never received it from the vendor, but refused to give me a refund. Stupid me used my debit card and because it was beyond 6 months, the bank couldn't get my money back either.
After numerous follow ups, they finally credited my account. I recently won an auction where I wanted to use the credit to pay for it, and after 3 followups, still no response and the won item has been removed from my account.
Stay away from this site.

Made my order on 28/8/19 but still not yet receive my items after 1 month. Msg. the customer services they gave a lot of excuses. I just msg them and threaten them that I going to file lawsuits against this website . Don' t buy anything from this website anymore. About 8 years ago, it was ok .I brought 5 watches from them and delivery was fast but now is a scam website.

Made many purchases over the years but their service now is non-existant.Purchase last year;paid for +shipping;now August and still not received. Their so-called customer service trots out a standardised response or should i say a series of excuses. Do not under any circumstance waste your time or money;you will have as much joy as standing under a cold shower tearing it up,Andrew.

I would give them a Zero if I could. I bought a couple items back in Dec 2017, I never received them. Was told I could get a refund. Then another representative told me they do not do refunds. I finally received a credit in Dec 2018. Seventh months later, I still have not received my items. I have emailed several times and contacted the attorney generals office. They never responded to the attorney general and they emails, when they did reply, stated they were having vendor issues. Nothing changed. I am currently out about $90.

Last time I emailed them, they stated I did not have any orders open, but my account states differently.

I tried finding an attorney, but I may have been looking in the wrong place, cause no one responded.

This is not the same company it was 10 plus years ago. They are crooks and scammers.

Always used Bidz and had a great experience UNTIL August 2018 when they stopped shipping orders.

I had to threaten lawsuit many times just to get them to ship my items. The excuses they use are laughable. They've been victims of fraud, can't issue refund because payment processor would not allow it (WHAT??)

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because When they ship it's as described. Recently started shipping out my orders, very slow but better then nothing. Still 5 orders on open status and hope they as well ship asap.

This will be the last time I purchase anything from Bidz, Ebidz, Modinique. Just a final note, just because they're shipping out my orders I will still advise against purchasing anything from there companies (which are the same company)

I ordered for 2 bracelets in December 19 still have not received so think just stole money and went out of business wish I knew how could get money returned or sue business for false advertising

I have always purchased jewelry from bids.com and delivery of merchandise has always arrived on time with certificates. Bids.com is an honest company so sorry to see them close down.

I won a bid on a diamond ring back in August 2018, There web stated Delivery in 7 days and Certificate of authentication available at shipping, I paid for both the ring and the certificate, I have received the ring in November finally, But the certificate has not bean mailed up to now, I send several e-mail's, there not even replying to my e-mails, They cannot be contacted by phone, and they have charged $ 49.00 for the certificate so far is not bean received.
