avoid. emailed them 5-6 times but keep getting mail delivery service Failed. there seems to be no contact number on website. it has been over 3 months with no contact from them. I think i left it too long to get my money back from PayPal

UPDATED Review. Item finally did arrive, 6weeks after order, had put this down to a bad experience so very surprised when item finally arrived. ORIGINAL Review. Appears to be a fake site. Ordered an item in stock, received an email confirmation advising tracking number would be emailed when item shipped, 2 weeks and numerous email requests had no response, contact tel number is South Korean. Recommend avoiding.

Scammers - avoid. Ordered an 'in stock' product - after a week of nothing, sent a few mails which didn't get any response except for the 'we've got your query' canned reply. It wasn't even possible to log into their support portal. Luckily I got an instant refund through PayPal.

I needed replacement integrated bars for my BMC Teammachine. I’m in Australia. My mechanic quoted me 8 weeks to order in from BMC. I found a pair on bicyclehero. I paid priory delivery and they arrived in 7 days. They were very well packaged. Could not be happier with the service.

I ordered an “in stock” part 4 weeks ago. They took my money but never communicated any shipping or delivery info. I e-mailed their “support” a week ago and got a ticket number saying I’d be contacted soon, “usually within 24 hours” it said. Have heard nothing and plan to reverse card purchase. Do Not use this company.

Scam company alert. Order not received after 24 days. Delivery was estimated between 5-10 days by Bicycle Hero. Tracking not provided by company. Customer service email undeliverable due to dead company email address. I looked up the company reviews and it looks like a lot of other customers had undelivered and unresolved orders. I will follow up with my bank to issue a refund.

SCAM

Placed an order (valued at over $200) in April-25 and still have not received my items. After a few generic replies, now there is no response from the supplier and I don't expect the order to be fulfilled. Avoid this seller at all costs....

I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSE TO MY QUERIES OVER AN ORDER WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET.

1. Order not received
2. 3 emails sent to chase my order.
3. One response informing me my order would be tracked or resent and it's still not been received.
4. No item resent.
5. No refund.

It's extremely concerning and frustrating.

Just like so many others - didn't read the reviews. Nothing for my hard earned cash a month later. At 2 weeks since placing my order, I reported it back to their dodgy site and got some BS ticket auto response immediately but nothing since. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIS IS A SCAM SITE !

Unfortunately I didn't check reviews for this website. Placed an order on 2 November and a month later still nothing received. Their support contact is confusing and the first time I contacted support I did not receive a response. I organised a dispute via PayPal and am waiting for my money back. I will not buy from this website again.

Like many, wish I’d seen this thread first before ordering. Ordered a set of replacement hoods for my roadie and they never arrived.
All attempts to contact them fail. No response to emails, website chat doesn’t respond other than a logged ticket. Phone number is wrong on website, I found another on Google and that was left to ring out.

Absolute scammers.

Bought some repair parts for my shimano shoes at the beginning of August and absolutely no response when I contact them. Thieves!

Scam. No goods, only one response to enquiry (written in poor English). I'm £200 down. Avoid

Don't bother. Ordered several hundred dollars worth of parts. Never received, never replied to my messages to follow up.

Ordered a small pedal adapter. It never shipped, then the CS email assured me they would address it. I never heard from them again and never received the product...

Place an order in March 2024.Nearly one month passed and I got NOTHING!
NO goods!
NO response!
NO refund!

Absolutely appalling service. Placed order in January. Tried repeated times to contact them, not one response. Goods never arrived and can’t get a refund, avoid at all costs.

Stay away from them! Paid for parts and waited a month and nothing! Unable to login via any of their links and their return email addresses just bounce. If you manage to send an email they send an automated return saying they will get back to you in 24hr. They don’t!

STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. After multiple attempts to reach them about defective bike helmet, the only response I ever got was awaiting response from manufacturer (Suomy - which is worse and totally ignored me). Both should not be allowed to do business in the US as they don't have US customer service and no one to fix customer service issues. Terrible experience. Now broken helmet and no echange offered.

Website looked great so I placed an order. After three weeks I started to worry as my order had not arrived. I opened a ticket with company but got no response and I read the reviews which mentioned the company is a “SCAM” many times. I opened another ticket but got no response. Please think twice before placing an order. I wish I had done so before placing an order.
