First strike
Love this company. Great service and great selection and pricing. The complaint I have with my recent purchasing experience is that I always you the PayBoo card. However, my card came up as inactive. I was told we would receive a new card within 10-15 days but also got the idea that perhaps a new card number had been assigned and I could use the Card Lookup option on the checkout payment screen. However, I wasted a lot of time and finally called in to find that I had to speak to Comenity whose voice recording stated that they could not reopen a closed account. According to B & H representative I should have received an email several years ago stating that all cards were being canceled due to rampant fraud and advice to make a purchase soon to keep "account" open. I either did not see or receive such an email.
This is your first strike in all my past experiences. So I will continue to do business here but can no longer claim a perfect customer record from you.

Hello. Thank you for your recent order. We regret your dissatisfaction and apologize for any confusion. Comenity Bank would close your Payboo account after 6 months of inactivity. The account cannot be reopened and you would have to apply for a new card. But prior to closing, they would have sent an e-mail to advise that your account would be closed. At your option, you can reapply for the Payboo card and contact B&H again to change the payment type on this order. I was readily able to do a dual-factor verification of an order using a new credit card. The advice on the B&H site suggested contacting my card issuer but a text message appeared immediately on my phone, where I simply entered "Y" to authorize the card and when I got back to the site in a about 30 seconds, the order was able to go through.
