BGC BROKERS..&...BGC PARTNERS --- BOTH SCAMS, BEWARE!.
THANKFUL I WAS ABLE TO GET EVERY DIME I INVESTED IN THEIR SHABBY SCHEME OUT.
BGC hiring process does not appear to take into account professional fraudsters - they have no qualms in hiring a Robert Velez to their Nyon office despite knowing about his fraudulent background where he left UK Landlords and Service Companies with at least £80k of debt
Despite being informed of his fraudulent nature, BGCPartners employed a Robert Velez in their Nyon branch as a Broker on their “Lake Global Indices' desk.
Velez is a serial fraudster who for years has evaded his financial obligations to Landlords and Service companies, racking up around £80k in debts and playing the system, causing huge stress to individuals in the process.
Velez's modus operandi is to take out rental on a property - when the Landlord is lulled into a false sense of security he then ceases rental payments, only vacating the property when the Landlord takes Court action, leaving the property in an uninhabitable state requiring costly remedial effort and significant rental arrears. In the interim he also fails to make payments to utility companies i.e. Council Tax, Electricity, mobile phone, etc racking up huge bills before slinking off to another property and repeating the process. This has been going on since at least 2019, and continued even after the bloated toad was given a CCJ in 2020. Velez's pathetic delaying tactics for eviction include reporting those who chase him for the debt to the police for 'harassment / causing him 'stress' / breaching his 'civil rights'.
His prior Landlord (to April 2021) who ironically is a surgeon, is still traumatised by Velez - not only did Velez fleece him out of £30,000 in rental revenue, but he left the flat requiring a complete renovation which took months and cost over £10,000 to return to a habitable state.
Velez currently owes me almost £12k - an amount he has pathetically reduced from £14k in a year to apparently appease BGCPartners after I informed them off his debts and devious character.
It appears that BGC are willing to employ such repulsive individuals, which suggests that they have no morals of their own.
Worst company ever. No leadership whatsoever. The biggest Ponzi scheme I have experienced in my entire working life. Don't don't don't. Bad bad bad. And to all so called "leaders" at BGC... I am out of words!!!
A very corrupt organisation full of liars and childish personalities waiting to set you up for disaster. They do not care about disabilities. They do not settle employment disputes easily and will happily exploit the corrupt legal system and courts to win against you and then recover costs against you by filing for your bankruptcy via a creditors' petition to steal money and assets from you if you do not settle on their very unreasonable and disingenuousness terms - beware!
