The shipping was very fast and I had no problems.

Ordered a dress in a size XL even though based upon their sizing chart I'm a "L". I was prepared to have it altered at the top if need be. The dress I received was way too small at the top and loose at the bottom. I wrote customer service that the dress was defective and returned the dress to them (AT MY EXPENSE). I received an email from them saying that they inspected the dress and that there are no issues. LIES! I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing but I was excited to support a black business. Please don't order from this company. I was offered a store credit but I don't want that considering they regularly have sizing issues based upon the reviews on here. Now it looks like I'll have to dispute through paypal which is a nuisance when they should just be an honorable company and sell clothes that are quality and true to size.

EDITED TO ADD: You see their response below that "I" ordered the wrong size??? I did not. I measured myself and ordered a dress based upon YOUR sizing chart. Your product is cheaply made and your sizing chart doesn't correctly reflect the items you send customers. You already know this though considering all the other customers who have had the same issue. All these people can't be lying on you! The way you help customers pick the right size is by having an accurate sizing chart and merchandise.

I've already contacted customer service (I replied to the email where you said the dress wasn't defective, though it is) and waiting on my refund.

Update Aug 2023: I got my money back from my credit card company. Stop letting these crooks get away with this and dispute it with your cc company. If people start disputing this foolishness and they start losing money they might stop scamming people!

Nice clothing brand, but clothing on site is not well organized in terms of pants, shirts, dresses, styles etc. which might take longer to find an item you're looking for.

The dresses I received were irregularly made and can not be return because I happen to catch them on sale. The Enora one piece is beautiful although the mesh is much lighter than my skin tone. It was purchased for a trip which I’m due to leave for in 5 days, I ordered the large but need a medium, the exchange of size can’t be completed until 3 days after the item has been received back at BFYNE. 7 items purchased can only get use of 2.. I had high hopes, this purchase was a total let down. What a waist of money! I won’t be a returning customer

The quality of the material is poorly made.

I absolutely love this suit the quality is great and it was beautiful. Unfortunately it’s the wrong fit for my body so I will have to return it and find something else.

The process of ordering and receiving my order from BFYNE was really great! My order arrived in a beautiful box and individually packaged ( had 2 pieces). The quality of the material is really superior in addition to the styles being very creative and aligned with what is shown online.

Quality/well made products, fast shipping/delivery and excellent customer service.

Item came quickly. I use the measurements to select the correct size for my swimsuit. I needed an extra large, but ordered a large. I returned the swimsuit within 24 hours and was refunded my money with the exception of $40 which I assume is a restocking fee. I’ve been ordered the swimsuit an extra large because I love how it looks. Great quality!

Beautiful pieces but shipping took way too long. I still haven't received my order.

Addition: Finally received my order today after almost 2 months. Honestly I am so happy with the quality. The pieces look amazing. Definitely worth the wait. Therefore I've updated my stars to 4. If it wasn't for the shipping time, I would have given 6 stars out of 5!

The pants I bought were well over $100 and totally not worth the price!!! The material is extremely thin and the vibrant colors displayed on the website is misrepresented. Will not purchase from this company again.
