£10 per month. Extremely useful software (Best I have used)

Bf Bot Manager is really flexible and versatile software. £10 per month with the 12 month plan makes it a bargain in my opinion. It makes complex bots possible for people who are not programmers. The manual is comprehensive with many examples and helps you get an understanding of how to build the bots you want. The software gets regularly updated with new rules and additions. You can link external services to automate tipster tips and you can develop your own bots that work completely independently, too. I have got both working. Customer service usually replies within a few hours. Bots are complex things, so you do need to provide them as much info as possible to help solve problems, and a quick google search will find various working bot sets and ideas on the net. The company is very trustworthy and I have been using them since 2017.

This software is very versatile

This software is very versatile. You can run many different types of strategies at the same time. There are filters where you can have various rules that the bot needs to see before the bot enters or exits a bet.

Customer service is ok, they respond quite fast also.

I have noticed that when I create a strategy, it will show wonders in Simulation mode things like £5000 profit etc, But when you go real mode, it’s a mix bag, still not in profit.

The odds you would get matched in simulation mode are not the same as in real mode.

If you think you are going to use the bot and make money from the go, think again. The application it self is good and takes time to learn it.

Finding the strategy that works is not an easy task. I gave 4 stars as the software is good, however, the odds are not accurate to Betfair, that’s why you get matched in simulation mode, but not in real mode. This year maybe my last year using it. Fairbot is my next one to try.

Application Full of bugs

Application Full of bugs. The developer/support team will ask for all details of your strategy, and after will go silent and not responding while you have lost money not only buying their buggy app but also loosing money from it. AVOID AT ALL COST

Too many bugs make it too pricey and not worth the effort

After over three years of using, I’ve finally had enough of this.

It would be a great piece of software if there weren’t so many bugs (and in an application such as this, bugs can prove very costly.) With every new release, bugs get fixed but new ones are created – it’s a never ending loop.

You may read lots of reports of how helpful the developer is with offering support. This is only half true. Support is very forthcoming when the problem relates to user error but the developer promptly removes any forum posts that highlight actual problems with the software – and will only discuss bugs via a private messaging system. Even if the bug is easily replicated, he’ll make no attempt to fix it unless you export your (potentially profitable) strategies to him.

For £30 (+ VAT) per month, you’ll get a fault-ridden piece of software and a rotten attitude from the developer. It’s simply not worth wasting your time and money on.
