Buyer Beware

I ordered 3 sweatshirts from this site that were never received. I repeatedly reached out for status updates and only heard back one time where they assured me the items would be shipped out same day and received within 2 days. The items were still never received and from that point forward they ghosted me and would not respond to my calls or emails. I had to file a complaint with PayPal for a refund as they also would not respond to my requests for a refund.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could!

I ordered a pair of pants for my step-daughter. She guessed the incorrect size (based on size description on the site). I contacted this company to return the pants and got the return label and shipped the pants back. The tracking shows this was delivered 07/07/25 and as of today, this company has NOT responded to any of my e-mails and/or phone calls inquiring about a refund for this. This company is ghosting me and straight up stealing by not issuing a refund. The product has been returned for 3 weeks now. THEFT at this point! Return my money!

This site is bomb

This site is bomb. I ordered 2 pairs of ghast pants and a tee and it came in 3 days, super fast shipping. Everything came in perfect new condition. If you decide to order something make sure you double check the size charts because sizing may differ between brands and things, but all my stuff fits perfect and im loving it, A++

YEOYEO so I’ve totaly seen all the reviews and I honestly thought i was gonna get punked. I ordered some Kikwear pants and a wallet chain and completely expected them to be thrashed and old and useless BUT I WAS DEAD WRONG MAN! They came in 3 days and both products were PERFECT. Man, I couldn’t be happier with what I got! Maybe they got better from a couple years ago? No clue, nevertheless my order was perfect. FYI.

Gave them a try and was not disappointed

I wanted to get a pair of Kikwear pants since alternative brands like JNCO and Tripp are so expensive (quality is higher obviously with those, but they aren't budget-friendly). I would have bought directly from Kikwear's website but what few designs they have available are sold out in nearly every size, so that wasn't an option. I was nervous to spend money with BeWild from all the poor reviews, made sure I paid with paypal in case I had issues, but to my surprise...I received exactly what I ordered, and quickly.

I placed my order Thursday night, received tracking the next morning, and the pants I ordered arrived today, Monday. They look exactly like the picture, the size is what I ordered, and I don't see any quality issues. Shipping was just under $9, but I think we've all been spoiled by free shipping, and it did arrive within 2 business days via USPS Priority mail, so worth it. They do also smell of incense, which...given other items sold from this company, isn't very surprising, but it's not an unpleasant smell and I'm sure it will come out after a wash.

I don't know if I would buy from the company again, as I'm not sure if they are usually accurate, and only negative experiences get reported, or if I just lucked out. If I really wanted a specific item that I couldn't purchase from the manufacturer, I'd probably consider them again.

No communication bad service!!

They never respond to their support tickets! Last time I ordered from them I ordered a few pairs of UFO basic shorts. They sent me capris! This store USED to be good back in the 2000s and the early 2010s. They suck now!

I was going to listen to all the negative reviews the first time I purchased from them, and it took a little longer to receive the three pants I bought, but never the less, I was happy when they arrived. I bought pants a second time, and this time, it arrived in 3 days. It was heavenly. Thank you.

I'm honestly in the middle because when I bought from their website and then read the reviews I was honestly mad at myself cause of all the bad reviews and I didn't want to go through the same. I ordered one thing and waited for it to be delivered and my hopes after I read all the reviews were not high so I wasn't expecting anything good. It first came and the text on the clothing was good but it was a shirt and I didn't order a shirt. Then I emailed, maybe a day later someone answered and I was thinking it was gonna be rude and I was gonna have a fight with the other person but they were ok didn't have a problem. A week later I got the right order but if I'm being totally honest I shouldn't have to email you about getting the wrong order. And the shipping is kinda expensive.

Wish I’d seen these reviews

Wish I’d seen these reviews. ZERO customer service to the point of feeling like I’m being scammed. Phones are busy 95% of time. The other 5% no one picks up. No reply to emails or messages. Ordered Birthday items over a week ago. No change in order status in that time. Is this company for real? And still in business? Because this about as crappy as I’ve run across.

Horrible Customer Service

I wish I would have read the reviews of this company before I ordered from them. I ordered a product to fit my cel phone. When it arrived, my cel phone did not fit at all. No one answers their business phone, so I emailed them. They told me I should have measured my phone before ordering, so it is my fault! They don't do product returns. Don't order from this company.

Frustrating experience!

I am extremely frustrated with this company (BeWild). I ordered a large beach blanket off of their website. The blanket I received was not the blanket that I ordered. I tried to call the company and could not get through to a representative. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them even though their customer service says they respond to emails within 24 hours. I have been calling them for the last two days and the phone is continually busy. Not sure what is going on but it's completely frustrating to not be able to speak to a representative about a mistake that their company made. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again or recommending them to anyone unless the company resolves this problem. Hoping they step up their customer service!

Greatest customer service!!!

I ordered the Boy Toy belt buckle. I asked if a rush could be put on it because the party was in a few days. They did. It arrived 6 days before the party. Greatest customer service I have ever had. The belt is exactly as pictured. Made very well. Plus they are the only co. that carries her original buckle. Other all have rhinestones. Thank you BeWild. I will defiantly buy from them again.

I was very scared to ordered after reading all the reviews below, I was even scared to hit the pay now button after I placed Items in my cart, I second guessed many times I decided to email the store to make sure the item I wanted was in stock before buying because some of the reviews said that they canceled orders without any noticed, and let me tell you that they emailed back with a response right away letting me know that if the Item said it was in stock that it meant it indeed was availiable for purchase, everything went smoothly after that, I received the item as described which was a pair of very unique pants that arent even sold instores anymore for a very fair price, the shipping was suppoused to take 1-2 weeks but I actually got it in 2 days I was very happy and decided to share my expirence for other people out there who are also scared to buy due to bad reviews I did not get paid to write this, Im an actual costumer and I am very happy with my purchase and cannot wait to buy from them again.

Never shop here, if you do, you will get insulted by the customer care representatives or that "RUDE CONTROLLER"

This is the worst place you will ever shop at. Customer care representatives yell at customers because they cannot own their mistakes. I received a broken mug and I was asked to contact this controller lady who yelled at me "I HAVE NO TIME AND ENERGY..blah blah" and hung up on me. I don't even know why they are running a company when they cannot keep one in place.
