My betway account was hacked and they even changed my logins number, i tried getting help with no luck and everytime i try changing my account number "login number" it will say something went wrong and betway is not helping me.

Actual thieves.

Made a deposit which cleared my bank but betway didnt credit my account. Thrn they said it has credited their account but they need to investigate why my balance wasnt updated. Its been 3.5 weeks already and thry have not returned my money. Thieves. Crooks.

This is the second review I have left, this first one wasn’t great this one is pretty much the same, I have now been waiting for my winnings since the 13-05-26 I have tried to contact them all I get is the same reply, change your payment method which I have done on several times and still no payment, I have emailed numerous times with no response from them, if you are going to play on this app you would be better of just throwing your money away, you won’t get your winnings there will be no communication from customer service, very vey poor betting app, please don’t use this try another more reliable app

I can't get into my account and there's money in it, including a withdrawal that was never paid.

My password stopped working. I've done the reset several times, the emails arrive, I set a new password, and it still won't let me in. So I wrote to support. I got a template reply back within one minute that pointed me to the FAQ page and answered nothing. I wrote again with numbered questions. Same template, same one minute. I tried a second published address. Same template again.

The Help Centre form everyone gets pointed to requires logging into an account. Mine is the account I can't log into.

I'm not arguing with any decision Betway has made. I don't even know what the decision is. Nobody has told me whether my account is closed, suspended, or under review, or why. I've asked for a complaint reference number three times and never received one.

All I want is to be told the reason and to get my own deposits back. Most of that balance is money I put in myself.

Unfortunately have been a victim of the same scam others have reported. They let you set up an account. Tell you it’s been activated so you feel safe to deposit. Let you deposit only to instantly lock your account. After contacting customer services I was asked to send th ID documents but then still don’t unlock your account. Please be aware. I am now worried both my details and money have now been stolen. This should not be allowed!!
There is no way for me to reply and you have not sent me a private message. Why are you trying to make it look like you are willing to help me? You ignore all my emails!!!

Yet another 2 hours trying to get through to the “help” team. Advised still with another department, who aren’t available. 2 weeks for a withdrawal of £37 is so poor.

This company completely money grabbers done about 2-3k not 1 bloody win. Suck a nut who make this scam. Wont be using this ever again. Save your money go throw it in strip club least have some satisfaction. Middle finger strong to betway 🖕

Over £2000 deposited playing £1-£2 stakes my total returns was zero im not joking either ZERO I will never play here again I was also not given the correct rewards so be very careful people stay away from the casino its a bad apple.

I saw my multibet that had won officially but got recorded as a loss. When I used the live chat to resolve this, no agent was present for an extremely long period up to now. Betway is frustrating with its poor customer service support.

I am only a small stake punter; yet Betway do their utmost to ruin any betting experience.
Today I tried to place several bets on the Rocket Classic PGA golf only to be told that my stake of £5 was "too high".
I reduced this several times until, at £1, the message remained the same.
Absolutely garbage outfit.
Why anyone bets with them is beyond me!

Beware of this website. They're scammers. I made withdrawal request 4 days ago and it's just stuck on pending. I tried to reach support via email multiple times and uploaded my documents - no one ever replied back. Their live support is impossible to reach via chat, you're gonna wait for hours and nobody ever appear. Just lost a lot of money here. be careful and don't waste your money

After my last review, I've still not had a reply. This is absolutely ridiculous!
They are not responding to any of my emails nothing. They still owe me over £600 since the 9th July. So if you want fast withdrawals and great customer service I would 100% avoid this site. If there was a 0 star rating, I would have put that.

Without doubt , the worst betting app for paying out when you win. It takes forever. I have decided when they pay me out on this bet.I am never going to use this app again. Everyone else pays out within minutes. It is over eightt hours , and I still haven't been paid out. Yet , I wanted to put another bet on, they took it straight out of my current account. Skanks!!!!
