You have 151 different companies who collect people data as a 3rd party, but they do this by paying you for all of our data. They are known as data brokers. I deposited and played on Betplay.io under my only account. After winning a significant amount, my account was suddenly blocked with the claim that I had “multiple accounts.” This is completely false — I have only ever had one account.

**BEWARE** MAJOR SCAM: So I created an account a few days ago, and to no surprise was not so lucky—at first. Some Provider dosnt work

There is 24/7 support (Human), However there has been a large issue that’s still unaddressed. They use a third party service “CryptoChill” to support Bitcoin Lightning withdrawals. It handles Bitcoin in ųBTC, uBTC is a measurement of Bitcoin to make it more visible.

When I withdraw uBTC in a decimal amount, like 25.15, I only receive 2500 sats. I contacted support to report the bug, and they confirmed I received 25.15 uBTC, and said it must’ve been an issue in the “Conversion”, However there’s no such thing as a conversion between uBTC and Satoshis, It’s just a measurement.

Issue: I should’ve received 2515 sats but received 2500 sats. It’s a small issue but it’s deceiving.

Because if you put in 25 uBTC and won 0.50 uBTC and cashed out, You’d have won nothing.

I hope Betplay can resolve this issue platform-wide.

Response: I did contact customer support. They shared a screenshot of the CryptoChill page with my transaction showing the full amount, which would mean it could be an issue with your system. I also emailed support@betplay. but they were unhelpful.

The account was deleted from the balances of 1400 USDT.
Support indicated that there are ip intersections, which is prohibited by the rules. But my operator blocks this site and I used a VPN. Of course, I will have crossings by IP address, but you wrote that you are VPN-friendly! That's why I signed up with you!
