Disgusting untrustworthy company. They have become a disgrace. RTP is a joke and I advise no one to play on their casino. Also the positive reviews on trust pilot recently look very suspicious. We know gambling companies are paying for positive reviews to be posted on trust pilot. So do not trust the fake positive reviews here.

Charlie was patient and understanding
Charlie was very patient and understanding after I realised my dumb mistake of watching a match I had bet in which had already finished.I contacted Betfair after finding out that Betfair had already settled the two bets as losers because the match had finished but I thought the match hadn't finished because I was watching it andI didn't realise straight away that I was watching the match on ITV+1 until after Charlie informed me that the match had finished. I apologised and explained what had happened and Charlie was very understanding.

Trustpilot seems to offer no way to edit my previous review, so I'm writing an addition separately. This God awful, rubbish site has excelled itself now, now becoming phenomenally slow. As usual, their utterly rubbish (in fact, nonexistent) 'Customer service' (sic) has failed miserably to reply to any of my emails. No doubt they'd come back with the usual rubbish about clearing caches and cookies-you know; because they can't be bothered to address the problem. It's just taken me fully TWENTY MINUTES to put a few simple multi bets on! The site has gone like a fart in a trance, and has been so for weeks. No other site suffers from this, so the problem is at their end. So much for advanced technology! Garbage!

I've been using Betfair for a few years now and I haven't had any major issues. Apart from the odd freezing of the app, it's a good site for traders and bettors alike. Excellent customer service and would recommend Betfair to anyone who likes to have a bet/trade. Absolutely first rate.

For the past month when I try to use this site it keeps freezing or not loading page properly.
Customer service gave me troubleshooting help which I have tried and it is still just as bad.
