Betfair is no longer what it used to be, it has become one of the lowest quality agencies, you have to wait 2 hours or maybe more for your bet to be updated, not to mention that the betting offer is very poor.

Fine as long as you keep losing!
As soon as I started to win a few bets they decided to ban me from all their promotional offers. Those that lose they are happy to keep reeling them in with offers, but if you dare to win too much for their liking, they'll ban you. I think this exploits people and shouldn't be legal. It's similar to a supermarket banning someone who comes in one day and only buys their own brand food and isn't profitable for them, or comes in with too many coupons....security walks them out and tells them they're banned. Ridiculous. Gave them 2 stars as no issues withdrawing money.

They will lie to you about anything especially if you tell them that you have a disability that is their way to ensure that they can do what they want rather than what is ethical

don't bother withdrawing if you win
absolutely shocking site. they let you deposit however much you like, no problem. the minute you win and try and withdraw? account suspended. you have to get onto the customer support team and (in my personal experience) upload EVERY piece of personal documents you own. I showed my drivers licence, passport, bank card, motor insurance document and even a BANK STATEMENT yet this still wasn't enough for them. 2 days later, my account is still not active so I get onto the support team for a 2nd time, i'm assured the issue is fixed. lo and behold, its not fixed. onto the team for a third time where they finally fixed it.
extremely scummy business practice, they should be shut down.
