Dreadful live chat.
If someone with a similar name to you self excludes, they just block your account and funds. Live chat is beyond useless and they have an indefinite rolling, just another 5-10 script which keeps you for hours.

Been using for a long time, exchange is the best place to bet on football i've found. Generous on free casino spins and customer support seemed helpful last time I used them.
edit:since I posted, the free prize pinball is always rigged to land on red and give you nothing, so definitely not generous on free spins anymore but still good for betting.

Steer clear of this site been with them a while wouldn't give you best odds guaranteed and no bonuses, they call themselves Betfair but when you're horse refuses to race they wouldn't even refund you as a free bet 🙄 very fair from Betfair, I closed my account and will take my custom elsewhere

Trust me, bet with Bet365, infinitely better customer service
The customer service is appalling. Trying to liaise with someone is anything but smooth, their comms system is truly awful. On top of that they ask for information that you cannot provide and when you provide them with their transaction numbers and references they cannot work with it.

Unique site and generous offers
A unique site in that it combines both a betting exchange and a sportsbook, giving more opportunities and variety than other betting sites. The amount of promotions on offer; daily games, monthly rewards, and especially the quantity of free bet promos on both the sportsbook and the exchange, is quite astonishing and puts Betfair ahead of the competition in my opinion. Instant withdrawals with no minimum withdrawal is also ahead of everyone else (of the sites I have used, matched only by Paddy Power, of course these being under some sort of common brand).

Trying to say good bye after 16 years
After using Betfair Exchange exclusively for 16 years, my account was suddenly placed under review.
I fully complied with all verification requests and submitted my passport, a selfie with my passport, a utility bill, and source‑of‑funds documentation.
Despite this, after 22 days my account is still under review. It has not been reactivated, and I am not allowed to withdraw my own funds to the same bank account I originally used to deposit.
I would like to emphasize that Betfair Exchange does not offer bonuses and operates solely on commission, meaning there is no financial risk or loss to Betfair from my activity.
I requested a clear timeline for the completion of this review and immediate access to my funds, but I received no concrete answer.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this site.
(In June I received the money from my betfair account.)
