What an absolutely terrible experience.

I signed up for an account. It told me the registration was successful and directed me to the login page. I then attempted to log in and received an error saying my account had been closed. How is that possible? I hadn’t even used it a single time.

So I attempted to contact support, who were as helpful as you’d expect, that is to say, not at all. To top it all off, the support agent refused to continue the chat and ended it without resolving my query or answering my question.

Upon trying to get a copy of the data they now hold on me, I was refused, which I believe is unlawful. No exemptions were cited (because they know none would apply).

My next step is to complain to the ICO.

Disgusting. How is it acceptable to let someone fill out everything personal and identifying about themselves, keep all of it, and then immediately refuse them service?

I will also be complaining about the specific support agent I spoke with. Incredibly rude for no reason. At no point was I hostile, aggressive, or even combative.

What a horrible site - I have had an account for over a year - ups and downs with bets. This past month I have done nicely and get the "thanks by no thanks" email.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with bet365.

I raised a formal complaint regarding my account and expected it to be investigated fairly and handled professionally. Instead, I felt my concerns were ignored, and the responses I received did not properly address the issues I raised.

I also experienced problems withdrawing my winnings, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I expected a straightforward process, but instead I was left waiting for answers and clear communication.

What disappointed me most was the way my complaint was handled. When a customer takes the time to raise serious concerns, they deserve a thorough investigation and meaningful response. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened in my case.

Based on my experience, I believe bet365 needs to improve its complaint handling, communication, and the way it supports customers when issues arise.

Well your sit was good at one point but now bet365 has gone down hill very badly I got a bonus 4 times won 8p for 10 spins than £1.29 than I got 88p and fourth bonus I got £3.30 and that was playing 60p a spin it cost £200 altogether what a shamble it has now turned into i won't be playing on it anymore and it doesn't deserve 1 star

Do not trust bet365. They send misleading, exclusive push notifications directly to your phone. Frankly, it feels intentionally designed to trick people into logging into their app.

Sending targeted notifications to lure users into opening the app, only to pull a "my bad" and offer zero resolution, is pathetic. I was actually about to deposit funds, place a sports bet, and play some casino games. Then I realized what they had just done. Instead of giving them a dime, I logged into DraftKings and spent my money there instead. I wasn't even planning on gambling until bet365 sent that notification—which is why this feels so calculated.

Skip the automated bot reply telling me to visit your "Help Center." Have a real management representative look into my account history and reach out directly to handle this professionally.

Everything was great for month's. Then yesterday my account was completely changed. Can't put any parlay bets together. Only allowed to bet one game at a time. I changed nothing. Contacted Bet365 customer service online. Told me I need to verify. Told them,that was done month's ago. No help,no answers,no change with my issues.
