I have purchased from many wig companies. I know the brands and the colors I like. Best Wig Outlet has the best prices and my customer service experiences have been great. Shipping is very fast.

Best Wig Outlet has a great selection of products. I seem to be in the minority of needing a petite size wig and have found through much research both online and in stores, that Best Wig Outlet has the best selection and most choices for petite size wigs. I have ordered 3 for style and color options and found the perfect one for me! Their return process for the other two has been quick and easy. Love my selection so much that I am already considering purchasing another duplicate wig for when my current one wears out!

Great shopping experience at BWO. Lots of merchandise to choose from and color selections are equally great.

If I was desperate I’d sent this little strip of hair back and demand a refund.

I would NOT recommend this store.

I ordered a "reddish" color wig from Best Outlet. Thet sent me a different wig in the wrong color. I contacted them, sent pictures of all the labels and of the item itself as they required. They then claimed they couldn't open the Word files. It became.more trouble than the item was worth, especially since they wanted me to bear cost of returning their mistake. I just threw the item away and swallowed the cost. Bottom line: I will never purchase from Best Outlet again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Product I received was terrible quality and company makes it impossible to get anywhere near a full refund. Shop elsewhere!

Leto Synthetic Wig by Vivica Fox looks nothing like the picture they display on their website. The hair is straight, not wavy and the bangs are extremely thin, (one layer of hair) not full as pictured. Don't waste your money on this wig. Very disappointed and will never trust this site again.

On 12/24/19 I bought 3 wigs from Bestwigoutlet.com. They were offered on promotion at a 30% discount. The total was $683.69. Before buying them I carefully read the return/exchange policy which said that the first 3 exchanges are free, after that there is a restocking fee. Fine. I received the wigs on 01/03/20. I wanted to exchange two for another color and one for a different style. The company told me that I must now pay an additional $279 for these exchanges -- the difference between the promotional prices and the full wig prices even though I was asking only for exchanges. The reason given was that the promotion had ended (however, the wigs were bought during the promotional period). I went to their website to check the prices and saw that orders over $100 now get free shipping and a free wig cap. I said I would agree to pay the additional $279 for the exchanges if they would include a free wig cap and ship for free as a token of good will and in the interest of keeping a customer (value $28). They refused, saying this offer is only for new customers. IOW, paying full price for the exchanges I am a ‘new’ customer but not new enough to qualify for the current promotion of free shipping and a wig cap! For this I am a former, undeserving customer. I consider this a dishonorable business policy so I ended by returning one wig for a refund minus the restocking fees. I will never buy a thing from Bestwigoutlet again, would you?

Do not buy from them. They are a listed seller on Amazon. I returned my item unworn ... Newly wrapped and packaged because color and length of product was nothing like pictured. I paid for my own shipping back to merchant and they held my shipping cost plus a whopping restocking fee. When I asked about it, they said product wasnt in factory condition. It was. They wouldn't even refund my shipping knowing I paid twice... The restocking fee was outrageous and a lie because the product will sell again as new. Don't get ripped off like I was.

Do not buy anything from this site!!! Scam!!! Be aware!!!. I bought for the first time 3 wigs from them for $120, huge mistake. Don’t let the pictures and products description from their site fool you. When I received the wigs it was a complete joke, highly poor quality and defective. When I wore the wig and used a wig brush to brush it, lof of hair was falling down. I used my fingers to brush it and I will still have an handful of hair. When i shook the wigs lot of hair will come out absolute garbage. My bathroom floor was full of wig hair. I called customer service to report it and the lady was nasty telling me point blank they will not accept return, exchange or refund. Yes they did mention on their site no exchange and return but I expected a good quality wigs rather they sent me junks. I had to throw away the wigs away because it’s useless. It’s best to buy wigs from your local store at least you can test the quality before buying it. I learnt my mistake, it will never happen again. Stay away from this site, they are con artists selling highly poor quality and defective wigs.

Is that I'm new to wearing wigs so I got a little excited when online decide to purchase my first wig and I looked at best wig Outlet I purchased two wigs come to find out because I've got the 30% off I cannot return these wigs whether I like them or not and for me that's bad bad news.. so I'm out $560 for2 synthetic wigs. My Jon renau wig most like 320 bucks frizzy it look good for like a half an hour the other Raquel Welch wig it's just too darn big and so much permatease it's like wearing a Huge helmet from H just really a screwed-up policy I'm very sad because I'm also not rich and I'm losing my hair. I have purchased on WigOutlet. Com they have sales and allow returns
